So hands down this is one of the top if not top local (LA/OC & Anaheim) shawarma spot. It definitely deserves recognition. I think what makes them good too, is they focus solely on shawarmas and not other cuisines such as kabas etc.
The food was amazing and delicious, of course the meat was the best thing, it was really good and well cooked. Not greasy and not dry, full of flavor and the hummus and garlic spread are perfect and compliment the meat. Also, I loved how they garnished the meat with pickled cabbage, it elevates the plate in many dimensions. The chicken wrap was well made and mouth watering. The fries are great and seasoned, which gives it a kick.
I am coming back, and the toddler loves shawarma. The rice and salad in the plate was average, not the best and not bad. To put it in perspective I’ve had other places serve shawarma plates with awesome rice and salads but there beef steak didn’t match that same standard.
I realized that this spot is perfect for getting that game day or home gathering catering. Good meaty dish with great fries perfect large family and group size dish packages.
I had come from Toronto on a business trip and came across this highly rated halal place and wanted to give it a try and boy! I wasn’t disappointed. Quick service and great food!!
Since we were a hungry group, we went with the family tray option with chicken shawarma. It came with a tray of rice, a tray of fresh Mediterranean salad, and a tray with the meat. On the side, they served plenty of pita bread along with a generous portion of hummus. The garlic dip was especially good—creamy, flavorful, and a perfect match for the pita and meat. The staff were kind enough to also offer us a side of fries and baklava on the house, which was a nice touch.
The price was reasonable, the portion of meat was solid for what we paid, and the flavor didn’t disappoint. The salad was fresh with crunchy veggies, and everything came together for a satisfying meal.
Overall, this new spot is a great choice for a quick and tasty Mediterranean meal. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!
The service is top-notch—friendly, fast, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
If you haven’t checked out Habibi Time yet, do yourself a favor and go! You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.
We tried the Chicken Shawarma wrap and went back for seconds. It was so good.
Ordered 2 more to take home to the kids.
Cant wait to try the Beef Shawarma next time.
Clean, Friendly service.
Plenty of parking.
A great new addition to the neighborhood.
I will say that the service was decent. Not overly helpful but not rude or anything like that. The biggest issue I had here was they played EDM or club music incredibly loud in here. Not just that but it was actually the same song over and over on repeat. My girlfriend and I were there for about a half hour or so and it was literally the same song over and over and over. I’ve never experienced anything like that anywhere. I actually tried to figure out what the song was with the help of my phone and it could not figure out what it was. It was incredibly annoying and actually drove us from the restaurant without finishing our food.
Needless to say we will not be back.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Habibi Time, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! This gem in Orange County serves some of the best Lebanese shawarma I’ve ever had. The flavors were impeccably balanced, capturing the authentic essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
The hummus was a standout, boasting a creamy texture and rich, authentic taste that transported me straight to the heart of Lebanon. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s dedication to quality and tradition. The shawarma itself was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, leaving me craving more with every mouthful.
The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure that every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch. Their passion for great food and hospitality truly shone through, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.
If you’re in Orange County and are a fan of Mediterranean food, I highly recommend making your way to Habibi Time. Whether you’re a shawarma aficionado or simply looking to try something new, this place will not disappoint. It’s a delightful journey for the taste buds, and I can’t wait to return!
