My girlfriend and I went because I had a coupon for buy one get one free lunch menu, neither the coupon nor the menu stated it was only Monday through Friday. Well the waiter went to get the manager to approve this and he said no ma’am it’s only for lunch Monday through Friday and I said well it doesn’t state that anywhere, and he proceeded to turn around and cuss me in Spanish because he didn’t realize I knew Spanish and told the waiter to go ahead and give it to us. We ordered the lunch fajitas, and to my surprise when it was delivered to us the slivers of beef that was on the plate if you put them together would have not even made one strip of meat. It was just horrible

This is my favorite restaurant in the quad cities. The queso fundido is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Get the margarita flight to feel like a fancy lady. Family owned and family recipes. Have literally never had a bad thing here. I cannot stress enough how much I love this place.

My family and I…order taco salads…we got our taco bowls and started to eat the meat…and the meat was mushy and taste wierd….I took a closer look and the some of the hamburger meat was undercooked….I mean red and raw!!…They had to take everyone’s food back and re cook the meat..The next day my whole family was sick!!….Will never eat at this establishment ever again!!!..Beware!!!…make sure you take a close look at your meat to make sure.. IT’S DONE!!!

First off, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable some of their lunch specials were during my last visit. I had the enchilada special which was only $6.50 and it was definitely a full plate of food. The service was also above par, so I can highly recommend Habanero’s to anyone who enjoys real Mexican cuisine.

I had an order of 3 corn soft shell tacos, they were very good. They give you chips and salsa. The salsa was a little spicy you might want to wait till you get your drink before you eat them. The server was friendly. If you like ranch dressing try this ask them to give you one of the salsa bowls with ranch sauce then mix it with your salsa you can have another bowl for just the salsa too if you want.
