Went here with my girlfriend the service was a bit slow waiter seemed to disapear for long periods of time nowhere to be seen but nothing terrible the food was awesome had the tarfu burrito I butchered spelling the food was very good just covered a little too much in queso which kind of hid the rest of the awesome flavors from the meat and peppers didnt wait for a table which was very nice.

They were able to accommodate our large group, which was nice. We were in the area for a cheerleading competition, and we had a bunch of families. Overall, the service was pretty good, except for when we were trying to check out. They told us it would be very easy to separate our check at the end and pay per person but when we went to do that they made it seem like they had no idea what we were talking about. The food was pretty good, but there wasn’t much to complain about. I got a pork carnita taco, and that was pretty tasty. Pretty good, stable Mexican joint. Can get good food fairly quickly.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for years, never had a problem until today. The young lady taking care of us seemed to have more important things to do like flirting and hanging on all the young men working there and laughing loudly while doing so. She never came over to check on us, we got no straws, my husband needed more to drink, we waited over 15 min. for boxes and our bill. When we tried to explain to her what was wrong she was very disrespectful and thought it was funny or cute. Finally we found the lady that was in charge today and got some help. Normally when we go there’s a tall gentleman working who i believe is the manager, I know he would not put up with how she was acting. I truly hope this is not the future of this restaurant because I enjoy going here and like the food. However I will turn around and walk out if she is working, I should not have to listen to her flirting through my entire meal. Even people coming to pick up orders where making comments about her.

Food was wrong (and not corrected)
Food was bland.
And our bill was WAY too expensive for 2 kids and 2 adults (zero appetizers and we all got water) still a $70 bill.
I never write negative reviews
But if you like the Pawleys location avoid this one 100%

Wonderful food, great atmosphere, wait staff was very friendly and quick. You can tell they care about the quality of the food for sure. I highly recommend eating here!

Food was reasonably priced and good. Service was good. This is a typical Mexican restaurant with limited lunch menu. I would not rate it as excellent, but it was a pleasant place for lunch. Very clean, and the restroom appeared to be exceptionally clean.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The tall lady with glasses was quite rude, gave us smaller portions than usual, and seemed to rush us through our meal. On top of that, she charged us extra without explaining why. This left me really dissatisfied, and I don’t plan to return.

Nice little “hole in the wall” restaurant with low prices, nice service and pretty decent food.
Free unlimited salsa and warm chips on the table always a nice thing!

I ordered food to go. The food was so so, but we ordered cheese and it was left out completely. Also we were charged for a Spanish rice which was not what we wanted. We asked for the quesadilla to be cut and was replied back with“ oh, we are kinda busy, I’ll check with the kitchen”. It wasn’t cut. And we won’t come back.
