I have been getting this drink more than a few times lately and they’ve been really stingy on the caramel the first time I got it. It was just like the first picture that is presented on TikTok. Looks like a great advertisement, right? Well aha you might as well guess again as you can see in the other last two pictures there is caramel at the base of the cup. Seems like they were in a rush plus, I was the only car in the drive-through, an no line in the building so Once again, this location has felt me for the third time can’t even taste the caramel whatsoever.
So please, everyone make sure you bring your own caramel from now on. Stevie Wonder can do a better job than they can and he plays a damn piano… an blind @ that

Has the recipe for Chocolate Cream Cold Brew changed? I got mine at 12:07 (noonish) today at the drive- thru and it was an awful disappointment. It’s supposed to be cold brew on the bottom with frothy creamy chocolate foam on top that tastes almost like a milkshake. It was a dark, muddy, grainy mess. If this is what it is now, I won’t order it again. My daughter in Arizona bought the same and got a bad beverage too. Please change back if this wasn’t a mistake by the barista

Every single time we go to this location the drinks are awful and taste like they completely forgot the flavoring. My husband tried to warn me against stopping at this one but I thought “surely this wouldn’t happen again”. Sure enough, I ended up tossing the entire Venti iced latte today because it tasted like straight milk with zero flavoring added. I have never had this issue once at any other location, ever. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and I’m not sure what the deal is but definitely won’t be back.
I know I could go through and ask them to remake but typically I’m going through drive thru because I’m on my way somewhere and trying to be quick. Driving around again is a bit of an inconvenience and I hoped it was just a once or twice occurrence which unfortunately doesn’t seem to be the case.

They consistently have screwed up my orders (not like I am a Karen… super simple: order the falafel, give me falafel wrap not jalapeño chicken, seriously. Order an apple croissant muffin, don’t give me a cheese danish)). Last 2 times “new policy” apparently when ordering on app is wait 3x longer than app states before going to pick up your order. Faster to go through drive thru and just order. Last time, after 15 minutes… order still not done. This time, I watched my time! I put order in at 3:55. (They received it at 3:57). App said wait 4 minutes. I pulled to speaker at 3:59. He told me 10 minutes. I pulled out. 1 car went behind me. That is it!! I went back through after waiting my 4 more minutes and wah lah.. order was ready. He tried to tell me I had only waited 1 minute. No, sir. I looked. I have been getting drive thru coffee longer than you have been alive. I know the game. This one is a hard pass from now on. Plus, the dude was so rude! I mean seriously, I waited and then he wanted to argue with me. Customer service at its finest! This one comes from Management down. Just check the reviews. I guess that’s why they are putting them up on ever corner every mile. Whichever one fails, closes.

The bakery items I purchased were good but not great. Didn’t taste real fresh. I went there on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t busy but it took a long time to get my order. Plus they were out of napkins everywhere so I think they were waiting on a shipment or something. Oh and they burnt my tea, like immediately. Tea should not be steeped in boiling water Starbucks!
The staff was polite but not particularly friendly. No smiles anywhere or chit chat between coworkers. Not a deal breaker by any means. Just an observation that they didn’t seem happy.
The atmosphere was the typical moody Starbucks vibe where people come to chill and be on their devices.
Overall a good experience but nothing noteworthy.

Drinks: Very standard Starbucks drinks. Got the pumpkin spice latte and coffee Frappuccino.
Service: Drive through service was pretty standard, nothing special. There were 6 cars in front of us on a weekend, so pretty busy, but for how much people were probably ordering, the line went pretty efficiently
Atmosphere: Nice outdoor seating (didn’t sit out there, but saw it from drive through), but there is a lack of shade so would be very hot on a sunny, warm day

I love this location. The staff are very friendly and off great advice about the different types of coffee they offer. My suggestion for people that enjoy a light coffee, the Blue Apron is a light coffee but it has such a rich flavor and no heartburn after 3 cups. It’s my “morning” coffee now. No more Folgers for me…

I used to go here almost everyday for the last 6 months. I usually get a mango dragon fruit lemonade, a sausage egg wrap and an everything bagel. Lately, they’ve gotten my order wrong almost every time I’m there. They’ve been giving me water instead of lemonade in my drink, filling my drink up to the brim with pure ice and very little drink. I drank an entire venti mango dragon fruit lemonade in about 5 drinks because that’s how much ice they put in it. Prices have gotten outrageous for the quantity and quality of the food you get. The sausage egg wrap is very inconsistent. One day it’s loaded with stuff and is warm and other days it’s all tortilla with basically nothing inside. They keep giving me regular bagels instead of the everything ones and almost always forgets my cream cheese which I pay extra for. They’re always super busy and even when I put a mobile order in and it says it’ll be ready in 5 -10 mins, I always end up waiting 20-30 mins. Plus, now they start charging for water?! This place has left me extremely disappointed and I’m very frustrated that I now have to find a new coffee shop.

Went to the Starbucks location because it was on my way to a birthday party. The lady in the drive-through was so kind and outgoing. When I got up to the window she had Christmas/holiday gift cards for me to choose from but I said, is there anyway you have a birthday gift card because I’m going to a birthday party and she went out of her way to say yes of course let me go find one for you and she brought back three options for me to choose from. I appreciated her generous actions and her willingness to spark conversation, and she even gave me a complementary vanilla scone to have and it was delicious! I will for sure go back to this location if I am ever in the area again 🙂
