A nice Japanese sushi restaurant in Havana. Was quite surprised about how good the quality of the food was here. They didn’t have salmon, but the tuna was great. The service was really friendly and welcoming.

Lovely place. Flavorful food with strong authentic roots. I had the teriyaki chicken and veggie tempura as my first test case and Ahmet and Alejandro passed w flying colors. When I saw how much food I ordered I thought oh well I guess I’ll have leftovers. Nope. I finished everything. No leftovers. Not a bite. I’ll be back for more!!!

Considering how difficult it is to get produce in Cuba these guys do great Japanese. Good value too. I’m in a wheelchair and they lifted me into the restaurant… that’s service !!

Great new Japanese food addition to the Havana restaurant scene.
Only open for 7 months it was recommended to me by friends who live here.
On Obrapia it has a small clean, modern, informal interior with ground and cool, airy first floor seating.
The menu is fairly limited which is probably a good thing given the size of the restaurant. Choices of sushi, noodles with chicken or pork and terriaki etc. I had the Yakisoba noodles which were very tasty.
Attentive service and well worth discussing options with the helpful staff. The guy who served me spoke good English.
Really enjoyed it and will return!

It wasn’t authentic Japanese, but it was incredibly delicious (I have to say “incredibly” three times).

The okonomiyaki was excellent; although it tasted like takoyaki, it was still quite good. The pork cutlet didn’t taste very “Japanese” at all; it had a Chinese flavor, but it was still very tasty . Finally, the udon soup base was rather ordinary, and the udon noodles themselves seemed to be handmade, with a heavy, sticky texture that didn’t have the elasticity of real udon, but the taste was normal.

I went here every day when I was in Havana. I was able to travel around Cuba with energy because I could always eat delicious Japanese food here.

I was surprised to find such delicious Japanese food in Cuba. I was particularly impressed by the tempura udon with its rich dashi broth.

The staff were always so warm and welcoming, which made me really happy. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely go again when I visit Cuba.

Excelente lugar para pasar un buen rato con tu familia o amigos y probar algo distinto. Sabrosa comida japonesa con variadas opciones y una verdadera decoración ambientada en la cultura japonesa.
