We ordered a Large White Cheezy Pizza. The pizza is supposed to come with white sauce, base cheese, bacon, onions, tomatos, and feta cheese. We ordered it that way and added chicken. The pizza we received had nothing on is aside from grilled chicken, cheese, and maybe a very small amount of sauce.
I spend $70 on food and would hope i could get what I ordered.

I order a pizza in 7/2/2025. At 4:44 p.m. did not get it until 7:15. When I called and asked why my pizza and bread sticks was not delivered yet, “ no drivers” someone should have called me, and explained the issue. I would have came and got it. Customer service is very poor.
I am responding to your response. I got on that Marco‘s contact and all it wanted me to do was fill out a A complaint form. When I got on your website that you recommended. It wanted me to order another pizza. How does that fix the problem and how can I trust you to get it here at a decent time? I can’t you just lost a customer permanently.

Marcos is pizza is our first choice , the old world pepperoni also a favorite.

Our Monday night was delivery option a ?? 20 mins late & warm at best pizzas.

Detailed directions or “Pickup” your pizza is our recommendation.

3 Star experience …..BUT 5 Star pizza especially the thin crust & Old world pizza!!!!

First visit was June 13th 2024 during the Leo-Cedarville Farmers Market, and I ordered a single Marco’s Sausage Pepperoni Pizzoli with peppers & onions (hadn’t eaten all day). My order was done in 10 minutes, and was fresh and hot from the oven. The container had a packet of parmesan, and a cup of pizza sauce, as well as the Pizzoli. The outer crust was crisp and golden brown, and the inside was tender and perfectly baked. The filling was generous and gooey delicious from meats to veggies. All of the Pizzoli was sprinkled generously with parmesan and it was oh so good! The server also added plenty of napkins, which were needed because my meal was juicy and I’m a bit messy when very hungry.

My server was friendly and my experience was very positive all around. Great meal at 3 PM on a Thursday afternoon!

My second visit was the day after (Friday at 8:45 PM) and Marco’s was much busier. I called in the same order doubled. The person who answered was kind and took my info, but noted they were no longer delivering for the evening. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes.

Since I had paid over the phone, I arrived at the appointed time (I only live 5 minutes away) and pulled out my walker and entered the building, struggling to open the entrance-way doors. The young woman had my Pizzoli boxes in hand, and I asked for them to be bagged. I struggled to get the door opened again, but managed to get back to my car.

Once home, I found the containers had no packets of parmesan, nor any cups of pizza sauce or any napkins. And while the Pizzoli were both well baked, the filling was less generous, and did not fill the end of one side – each roll had one end that was all bread (about 1/4 of each Pizzoli).

Both myself and my fellow diner commented on this and chalked the discrepancies up to who made the Pizzoli.
And who served the meal at the counter.

While still a tasty meal, I’ve taken a star away for the second visit’s issues.

For the most part, I would recommend this menu selection from Marco’s, but will check my containers and bag to ensure all accompanied items are provided. And I may be inclined to order earlier in the evenings when the business is less busy.

UPDATE: Sun, 10 July 2024. Ordered twice since last review. Tried a Large Cheesy White Pizza – very good! Then the Pizzoli again – very nicely crisp, with a tender chew; and the filling went from end-to-end and tasted great. And the parmesan, pizza sauce and napkins were included!

Needless to say, the ingredients are fresh and quite tasty. The service improved. And as with all cooks, attention to the job at hand and not being rushed makes for better results. Adding back a star on the food and service lines, making an overall rating upgrade to 5 stars. WELL DONE!

We made a purchase of three sandwiches and cheesy bread on a Monday around 6pm. Around 730pm, food had not been delivered to the house and a phone call was made to understand if the order was received and it was confirmed that they had received it and they have been short staffed. At about 830pm, the food still had not been delivered to our home. Phone call again was made and they confirmed the order had been received. A phone call from an employee had been made back to my husband in which they had voiced that the food was minutes away and that there would be a refund to us. Store closes at 11pm and no food was ever delivered to us and no refund made. The next day my husband had called the store around 11 am and inquired in which an employee had told him to call back the next day and talk with the owner because there is a new payment system. My husband called back two days later and spoke to an employee who then reports they spoke to the owner who said they could not refund and then delivered the order (which was wrong). Unfortunately, very disappointed as we were promised order had been received and that it would be delivered, with young kids this was to be dinner for that night and by the time there was realization that no delivery was being made, it was 915pm.

Hard to sell any pizza when they never answer a phone call. We have called multiple times different occasions and no one ever has answered the phone to take our order. Very disappointed.
