No bad for a quick bite before you visit the Orpheum Theater or the City Hall! Food was great, the gyro plate we ordered had a decent amount of beef and lamb, accompanied by the most delicious bread!

This is my favorite restaurant near the Orpheum theater in San Francisco. I got the delicious ground beef pastry today. I also really like their lamb and beef gyros and wraps.

I ventured in here while I was spending the day running errands in the city. I love Greek salad and being able to add warm gyro chicken to it made it even better. The dressing is light, full of flavor and goes well with the spices on the chicken.
The portion size is perfect for two meals.
For being middle of the week, just after the lunch rush, it was quiet with just a few others dining.
I definitely will be back here.

I’ve had falafel at many places, but never with sesame on the crust. It added a nice bit of crunch and made the texture more interesting. The outside was perfectly crispy, though the inside was a bit undercooked for my liking. It didn’t ruin the flavor, but I prefer a slightly firmer texture inside. They also sprinkled sesame seeds on the pita, which was a great touch. The bread was fresh, neatly presented, and sliced.

Came highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Falafels are top quality. Service was excellent. Lots of seating and even an outlet to charge my phone. Good lighting, clean, spacious. Restroom for customers. I got the vegan falafel wrap deluxe. My personal preference is to have more vegetables in the wrap like more tomato, red onion, cucumber, and yogurt to introduce more flavors like tartness, sharpness, and brightness but I can also see how I got the max falafel in a wrap possible, which is great value too. I looked back at the menu and saw ingredients listed included all the things I was wishing there were more of, including eggplant, but I don’t remember tasting much of this when I ate the wrap and would personally prefer an altered ratio with more vegetables but that’s just me. Would go back and recommend to friends.
Falafel wrap was a great size- see my picture comparing it to a glass of water!
Right next to the Orpheum theater so it’s a great idea to grab a bite before or after a show here (that’s what we did)!

Great food and atmosphere, staff very nice. The Turkish tea and baklava is really good. I also had the beef lamb gyro plate and loved it.

The Lamb Shank was suggested to me instead of my usual Adana kebab wrap. Boy was I glad for the suggestion! This was today’s special item. Excellent! The meat was tender enough to literally fall off the bone. Fabulous dish!

Terrific place to grab a quick bite before our matinee at the Orpheum. We both got the lamb & beef gyro wrap since we didn’t want to bring leftovers to the theater. It was filled with meat, lettuce, tomato and plenty of sauce. Hot sauce was available on the side though I like mild. It was filling and the perfect size. Not the best I’ve had but very good.

Amazing Greek food! The Gyro was everything I could ask for and more. And all the sides are just perfect. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food comes out surprisingly quick as well! There are tables to sit down, but the place can get a little busy around meal times. But totally reccomend!
