Very tasty burger. I noticed no pics were added so I was happy to take pics before and during the meal. Definitely worth it. Its as about as tasty as five guys. The fries were so good and well seasoned. No salt or ketchup necessary.

Great burgers, fries and beverages. Visited a few weeks ago and didn’t realize it was a Guy Fieri Burger Place until we noticed customers taking pictures under the neon sign…wow! Of course, we took pictures as well. The only (small) concern was that it took a bit long to order (long lines) and pickup of our food from the counter…maybe a bit understaffed for the peak period. Otherwise, a great experience!

The food was underwhelming at best. Although edible, it was largely impart to it taking an additional 30 mins to prepare. The French fries had absolutely no seasoning or even salt to them. The chicken sandwich was incredibly dry, and cold. (The cheese never melted). The Mac & cheese was mildly better than box Mac & Cheese, again with little to no seasoning.

I experienced Guys Burger Joint on Carnival Cruises. His burgers are EVERYTHING!!!!! I ate his burgers two to three times a day, they are that good!!! I would love for Guy and Hunter to come to New York and bring those burgers and fries with them!! LOL!!!! The carmalized onions the Guy Fieri sauce is delicious on the burger. I was actually sad the cruise was over, I really miss his burgers!! Great job Guy!!!!

I ordered from here with high hopes Bc I am a fan of Guy and his videos…but this just did not deliver. Everything was bland. No sauce even though the packaging says “don’t tread on sauce”. Mac and cheese – no flavor, even wawa has better Mac and cheese. Got the chicken sandwich. Chicken was dry and kinda burnt. The fries had no flavor despite visible seasoning. How is it that seasoning ain’t got no seasoning? Sorry Guy, this wasn’t it.

We waited in line at 12:45 and didn’t get serves until 1:15 am, they didn’t tell us that they were holding off on taking orders. I would expect since Giy Fieri’s name is on the brand for them to provide better service. Was disappointed with the service and would think twice before using his brand again.
