So disappointed with Gutbusters today. I usually get the shrimp and grits and didn’t notice that they do not clean the shrimp. They left the skin, the legs and the poop. Gross. I won’t be going back.

The food is good but y’all have to fix that online system. I placed an order online and went to pick it up they told me i had to re order because they didn’t see it. They said the pending charge will fall off. Here it is a week later & that pending charge went through. So why are we paying twice for a meal?????

A coworker and I ordered the food for takeout. When we got there it smelled like a sewer line had busted and spilled all over the walls and floor.. it was so horrible. They should have closed the restaurant until it was fixed. We were there for literally 1 minute and they gave us our food. My coworker said check that food. When I looked at the plate I only had grits and eggs.. no salmon patties. I was so done by this point. I must say the staff was extremely nice and apologetic about everything that happened, but after that experience I won’t be going back to that location.

Great place to get breakfast! I always call my order in and it’s always ready when I get there! I’m able to skip the line and go straight to the register to get my food. Love the variety that they offer! Love the staff; always professional!
