We ordered takeout so my pictures of the food are not the best, but at least you can get an idea. Everything we ordered tasted great. When I saw the buffalo wings I was skeptical, but they were delicious. Both the thin crust and deep dish pizzas are good. The toppings are tasty, and very important to me, they have pretty good ranch(not pictured). No bottle grocery store hidden valley here ifykyk

We used to drive up to Gusanos in Bella Vista from Fayetteville because it stood out as so much better than the other Gusanos restaurants. We went last night and our pizza was burned on the edges and looked like it was thrown together by a first grader in art class. Pretty pathetic. Still a nice atmosphere, but definitely not worth the drive up anymore. Very disappointed.

We have used both “dine in” and “carry out”. Dine is always great. Waitresses are easy going and great at customer service. Carry out is always quick. We enjoy both the Chicago style and traditional style pizza. They have the best Ranch Dressing for their salads and are never stingy with the toppings. The salads to go are also just as large as they are in house too. We also love their wings. My personal favorite are the Teriyaki wings. My oldest son often likes to order their chicken sandwich. You can’t go wrong with any option. I also love the way the restaurant has a bar that is separated from the dine in areas. So families can order a beer with their pizza and kids without exposing younger kids to the “bar scene “.

I had eaten here before maybe 5 years ago. Wasn’t impressed then. Bought $80 worth of dried pizza and salad that was flipped upside down with no ingredients had to add my own. Pizza was the worse. Extremely dry. I thought maybe it had evolved since still in business . It’s really awful. Not worth the purchase. I wonder why still there. Got to be out of convenience for Bella Vista.Will never go here again. Promise.

Great pizza & wings joint in Bella Vista that hits the spot My preference is thin crust but theirs is a thicker Chicago style. They do an awesome crust still, and Amber was a very nice server letting me know they can roll the crust out a bit more if you want it thinner.

New to BV as of 4 months so getting to know all the local restaurants. I’m a pizza lover, having owned a couple myself. But for those that know me, I rate based on dining experience, so overall have to go with a 3 here. Let’s break it down
1. Customer Service – 4 stars. First impression was a 3 because there was no one greeting us and I honestly didn’t know who to talk to about getting a table. Our server was polite and attentive but appetizer came out about 5 min after our pizza. Very strange. Again, apologetic server but seemed robotic.
2. Food Quality – 2.5 stars. Pizza was average temp while the appetizer was scalding (burnt my mouth). More cheese than needed on a pizza but I like more thin crust NY Neapolitan style. Crust lacked flavor and you could tell was cooking at 575 degrees for about 15 min. Little to cardboard my friend me. Sad to say but my favorite thing was the large soda cups – AWESOME.
3. Ambiance – 3 Stars. They get a good turn out but not sure if it is because of convenience or the vibe. Hard to move around in the dining area as tables are uniquely placed. Family behind us had a toddler that must not have been having a good day so a lot of screaming towards the end of our meal. I get it, we have four kids but didn’t appear to be much effort by the parents to console the child so that didn’t help the dining experience.
4. Cleanliness – 3 stars. It’s average but the bathrooms definitely need some attention.
Overall – Some simple adjustments could help it stand out. I wasn’t dying to have leftovers the next day which is unfortunate.

We ordered on door dash and it said our order was to be ready at 6:00. 6 rolls around dasher arrives and the time changes to 6:15. He leaves second dasher arrives and the order took an additional waiting period of 15 minutes. All they could say is sorry….so if you plan on eating here make sure you have at least 2-3 hours to spend because timely service here is non existent. And unfortunately for how long the wait was for the food it was really disappointing.
