How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing. The answer became Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse, just opened at the charming Tivoli Village just off of Summerlin Parkway; 15 minutes from the famed Las Vegas Strip.

We went to Echo & Rig Steakhouse to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and our engagement, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish.
The food quality was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, cooked the right way, and was full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
Our server, Marcos, was a big reason our night was so special. He was friendly, professional, and always paid attention to what we needed without hovering. He helped the night feel smooth and fun.
We also really appreciated the supervisor who kept checking in on us. It meant a lot to see that they truly cared about our experience and wanted everything to be perfect.
The whole staff was kind, welcoming, and respectful. They made us feel celebrated and taken care of the entire time. If you want a steakhouse that has great food and treats you like you matter, this is the place.
We left feeling happy and grateful, and we can’t wait to come back. I would strongly recommend Echo & Rig to anyone looking for a top steakhouse for a special occasion.

Wowza, Echo & Rig knocked our socks off!! We have been to many steakhouses in different states, and gotta say, our experience from this night was one for the books!!
To begin with, we were greeted with such wonderful hostess at the door, and seated at our table. Honestly, I do not remember the waiter who initially served our table, but the other waiter, Neo, who was responsible for serving our food was AWESOME!!
He was professional and efficient yet kind to answer all the questions we had because we were curious about the style of cuisine Echo & Rig was. Huge shout out to NEO!!
Menu was quite straightforward with different price tier options for the appetizers, and when you look at each options, they have one or two unique option to pick, and you will know what I am talking about once you are there. We ordered an appetizer, which was great, but because they serve you with a dinner loaf, it would be smart to go with just one appetizer dish.
Now, THE REAL PART, how was the meat cooked? I had lamb and my hubby ordered steak, both medium, and THEY WERE PINK!! I emphasized that because we have been to many different steakhouses whether they were big names or small, even the one of the big names down in the strip overcooked the meat.
The most important thing at the steakhouse is how the steak or other proteins are cooked, and Echo & Rig did not missed the note. The veggies they serve with the meat were perfectly cooked and seasoned so honestly, WE HAD TO order a dessert to top it off.
Lastly, the dessert, we went with one of the unique menus on the top because the bottom options on the menu were very subpar. The hot coffee toffee cake (can’t remember the exact name) was OFF THE CHART!! it was served with vanilla ice cream, and oh man!! I really hope everyone orders the dessert as well!!
All in all, FANTASTIC place with FANTASTIC food and staffs!! Oh, the atmosphere was quite relaxed. Quite a lot showed up with a hoodie or t-shirts, so I’d say they are not so strict with the dress code, and the atmosphere was pretty upscale casual, if that makes any sense to you.
Anyways, WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!! 🙂

Celebrated my friends birthday, came during Happy Hour.
Our server was Kristin, she was friendly and attentive.
What we ordered:
1.) Hot Dog $3.00 served with Sauerkraut and mustard. So good I ordered another
2.) Butcher Fries $5.00 the fries had a tangy sauce over it.
3.) Lamb Cigars $11.00 this was my favorite. Crispy rolls served with a tangy sauce.
4.) Avocado Hummus $9.00 the hummus could be a bit more creamy as this was on the dry side. And the thick toast was not toasted enough. Chips or pita would be a much better choice.
I also purchased two Ribeyes from the Butcher section $38.00 will update after grilling in a few days

Great fine dining, keep in mind a little pricey but the service and food quality makes sense. Once you enter the restaurant, you go up to the second floor. Great Cocktails as well. Recommended to try at least once! The bomb is the Portabelo fries.

Went got dinner Saturday, the place was busy they had four hostesses and we were greeted and immediately taken to our table. I recommend you have reservations ahead of time. We sat outside and was perfect ambience. The server Marcos was knowledgeable and walked us through the menu and brought us all the different kinds of meats for us to choose from. We did several appetizers including two separate salads. For our steak we paired up with the Mac N cheese, broccolini, mashed potatoes and mushrooms. Everything was delicious. For apps we did the shrimp cocktail, steak tratare and portobello fries. Absolutely delicious. Great place, the manager Vanessa stopped by to ask how we were doing. Great service, will come back again!

We a beautiful New Year’s Eve dinner at Echo & Rig! The service was amazing food was fantastic and the NYE vibe made the night perfect!

Visited Echo & Rig with a group of 9 for a 50th Birthday Celebration. We did make a reservation & were seated upon arrival. The GM introduced himself to our table & ensured the service was up to standard. We started w/Lemon Drops from the bar & they were 10/10. One of the best that we’ve had. We ordered a variety of menu items including: Crab cakes, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, steaks, lamb chops…Our food was served within 30 mins., nice presentation & freshly prepared. The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect for any occasion. Our group really enjoyed the dining experience.

The bar was packed at 5pm, on a Friday and that’s fine cuz it’s happy hour with great prices, thankfully there are a couple small tables behind the hostess podium.
Half our party get there so we were seated. We did ask for outside seating but the hostess said we are inside, even though the patio still remained half occupied when we left… strange.
Drinks came 1st. When the server delivered the drinks, my coworkers drink was last.. not sure if it was an accident, but a little of his drink spilled on the table, server places the glass on the spill and the glass proceeded to glide towards the edge of the table. My co worker caught it but what kind of service is that? I did tell her we’ll need more napkins for the spill, she looked confused and said ok but we didn’t see her again… ♀️ SIDE NOTE, that glass had a vertical crack line from top to bottom. Our waiter was gracious to apologize and comp the drink.
The steaks were cooked perfectly mid-rare, a little too salty for me but everyone else enjoyed their cuts. We ordered from menu BUT they will bring a platter with cuts of meat and you can chose from those.
Meats come with chips and a baby bella Rockefeller, everything else is extra.
Bone marrow looked awesome, Ceasar salad was gratuitous and comes with a chicken breast, calamari was perfectly cooked and the garlic sauce was amazing and creamy
They offer different sauces for the meats which can be a great compliment to the meat.
This place is good and for the price, not bad. I would’ve preferred my steak more tender, the chimichurri more tangy and the old fashioned better balanced.
Overall a good experience because of the company and our waiter were amazing.

I finally got around and tried the happy hour here. Cheap drinks and food. There was only three food options but everything was great and at that price you can’t complain. Their regular menu is very reasonable and a huge selection. We’ve had dinner at the Henderson location and everything we ordered was great

Echo & Rig is a must-visit anytime you’re in Las Vegas. It’s my favorite steakhouse for a reason! The food is consistently great, and the service is wonderful. I especially love the open-kitchen concept; it’s a wonderful touch. The butcher/deli section is also a huge plus, with an incredible selection of meats. I’ve never left here anything less than completely satisfied.
