The staff was super friendly when you entered. They were very polite even with a group of people. They remembered each person’s meal when bringing the food without skipping a beat. Manufactured patties, cold frys, and good shakes. Hand patty to up your game please. And always fresh fries, because hot fries are delicious and worth any price a restaurant charges. Cold fries are worthless.

I’ve eaten at Jaggers on Dutchman’s Lane three times now, and every time the food has been absolutely great. Everything comes out hot and fresh — you can tell they take pride in what they’re serving.
What really stands out is how consistent they are. It’s not just a one-time fluke — every visit has been solid. And on top of that, the staff is always super polite and welcoming, which just makes the experience even better.
Honestly, credit where credit is due — Jaggers is doing it right. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

As far as a “fast food” place goes, this is definitely my favorite. It has a similar Roadhouse quality of food and service. Am I getting a top shelf wagu burger? No. I’m getting a consistent upper mid grade burger at a price similar to McDonald’s. It’s a place where you take the kids and everyone leaves happy. I’m happy to see another local franchise expanding.
This location (Dutchmans) is probably my favorite. In the evening you can see all planes landing at Bowman Field. They also regulate the temperature inside a bit better. If you go to other locations, no matter the time of year, bring a parka and blanket.
