Have been going to Gus’s for a while now and it use to be my favorite place to dance! Up until they started switching around the music and making it strictly country until after 12. Most of the good line dances and the ones that everyone looks forward to aren’t even being played because they are “pop”. I wish the music was integrated between country and pop like it use to be because by the time all of the fun ones come on you’re too tired to actually do them. The bar has seemed to be losing business very rapidly since this switch and as a returning member we beg you, PLEASE fix the music. The dance floor use to be full of people for every song and now when it is one slow country song after another the floor is bare. It’s very upsetting to watch a place I use to go religiously struggle to keep people awake.

Bunch of young Marines and some of the hottest chic’s I’ve seen in the area dancing around. Very friendly girls for the most part but if you talk to them they’ll get pulled away by some dude. Overall fun!

The webpage doesn’t have a number linked otherwise I would have called to give a direct apology to one of the staff members. I had been over served and when I asked for another drink I reached into my pocket and only had 4 out of the 6 dollars. I was leaving tips all night. And I couldn’t afford it until a nice woman beside me helped me out… I’m absolutely sorry for my drunkin stupor.

Didn’t even make it inside, we were sitting in our car in the parking lot putting on lipstick and a worker walks up to us and says “I saw the bottle, you can’t be drinking in the parking lot before you go in so you have to leave.” We were not drinking and there were no bottles, just lipstick. Rude approach, unnecessary attitude.
