Have had good success with this service most of the time. But last night our order was almost an hour late and had no condiments that we asked for with some of our food. I can understand that things sometimes get left out, but at least call and tell me that it’s going to be late. Eventually they did call but it was 30 minutes past the supposed delivery time. Come on guys, need to do better than that!

Order was over 30 minutes late being delivered and only thing driver said was yeah we have been busy. The total was more than my ticket said. They add fees onto delivery onto tip for driver. My $10 meal ended up being $20. Food was ice cold and they didn’t include sauce that was requested. Won’t order from here again.

Food was warm and was delivered about 45 minutes sooner than their time line! I wish the site had more pictures of the food dishes because I ordered way too much food from the Mexican restaurant. Please tip your delivery people…they just make money from tips and delivery fees. Since I hurt my ankle, I’m glad I was able to get something besides Chinese or pizza!

Edit: I’ve been a customer to this service for 2 years and this was a 5 star review but I’m dropping it to a 1 star. Since they switched to delivery.com there have been multiple comunication errors between the service and the restaurants. On 2 occasions we have waited for our food (for over an hour and a half the first time ) only to be told by the delivery service that the restaurant is closed. HOWEVER when we called the restaurant they are open and say they have no gotten a food order from gulf to go or delivery.com all day. This needs to be fixed. I will not be using this service ever again. Which is a shame because up until they started using delivery.com it was something I used weekly. Please drop delivery.com gulf-to-go, I miss being able to use this service.

The delivery guy showed up 30 mins earlier than what was estimated and he was very nice. Food was still hot and fresh. Definitely would recommend and will be using again.
