I waited over 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. And while I appreciate that they made a second pizza after the first got old, so I got a fresh hot pizza. They need to have drivers actually look at a map so they know the delivery area and how to get there. Also while I was happy with my pizza once I eventually got it, some kind of recognition of the hassle, like a partial refund or a free dessert would have definitely been appreciated. It should not have taken 2 drivers, over 2 hours and 2 pizzas to deliver me a single pizza. If you deliver in a rural area, learn the area.

I really have tried papa John’s many times in hopes it was the store or just a bad day but sorry last time for me. simple order pepperoni pizza Well done and again crust like rubber, cheese not even cooked in the center. I don’t get it how does anyone eat this stuff regularly. and I gave it 2 stars because the employees were nice and polite.

Just moved to Tonkawa. In today’s times it’s very hard to find people who wants to work let alone to take pride in their work. Last time I ordered there was 2 people who was trying to run the store. The staff is polite and was making the pizzas as fast as they could. I bc will continue to order from them. The food was good snd correct.

Ordered online at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday. 8pm no food. Papa Track is a joke, shows no progress at all. Called in, they stated order was made wrong by new cook and had to start over, driver just left should be there any minute. 30 minutes later still no food. Called back in several times, ring no answer every time. Food finally arrived at 8:30 pm. 2 hours for 2 large pizzas with only 2 toppings each and 15 chicken bites. Ridiculous.

Went in to place a order and the lady working was rude and would not take my order saying they are closing in 30 minutes at 6:15pm when the sign says hours for close in 9pm. Worst service ever and lazy employee. Guess my money is no good for them.

This was a nice stop, and pretty fast, took about 15 minutes to get our pizzas. There was a small dining area that met our needs so we didn’t have to eat on the run.

tonight my boyfriend and I ordered a medium beef and sausage pizza . When it arrived it looked old and barley even warm. We called them and they said that the driver can turn around and pick up the pizza and take it back to the store and they would make a new one but it would take over a Hour and 30 minutes for him to bring it to us. This is ridiculous. I understand he has more orders but they should have made us a fresh pizza in the first place and they wouldn’t even give us our money back until the fresh pizza was brought to us. I Will not be giving them my money anymore!
