I got a pepperoni and bacon stuff crust and it came with no bacon not to mention burnt as well as my dessert burnt very disappointing still forced myself to eat bc 30$ don’t come easy

If I could rate it lower I would! It wasn’t even what I ordered to begin with! I wanted jalapenos added to the supreme pizza and less pepperoni but instead they put more pepperoni on it and added spinach on it. Ok we could of lived with that but the delivery guy carried it sideways underneath his arm and armpit. We opened the box and it had all slid to one side! We hollered at him before he left that this was unacceptable and he told us to take up with the store! I called the store and they said they would make a new one and send out. 20 minutes later they call back and say they are closing and will send the new one the next day. Umm NO! I was hungry NOW! I cancelled my order and was surprised that the money went back on my card real quick! Since I live at Hideaway Bar Grill and RV park I called them to see if their kitchen was still open and then ordered a couple of sandwiches! I will never order from this Papa Johns ever again!

Horrible quality. Not even cheese on while pizza. Little ceazers has better pizza at half the price. Papa John’s had good pizza with actually good ingredients 10 to 15 years ago. It’s horrible now!

They close at 10 the guy at the register told me to be back 9:30 to place an order so I did only for them to tell me I can’t order what I wanted.. I ended up with a pepperoni pizza that was already cooked! I asked for garlic sauce and peppers the guy comes for the back with a hand full of peppers with no gloves on! I asked him why he does not have gloves on he stated he has been doing this a long and he is the cleanest person there! They were at the register counting money so how is that being clean!! I will not be back to this location anymore

I really have tried papa John’s many times in hopes it was the store or just a bad day but sorry last time for me. simple order pepperoni pizza Well done and again crust like rubber, cheese not even cooked in the center. I don’t get it how does anyone eat this stuff regularly. and I gave it 2 stars because the employees were nice and polite.

I waited over 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. And while I appreciate that they made a second pizza after the first got old, so I got a fresh hot pizza. They need to have drivers actually look at a map so they know the delivery area and how to get there. Also while I was happy with my pizza once I eventually got it, some kind of recognition of the hassle, like a partial refund or a free dessert would have definitely been appreciated. It should not have taken 2 drivers, over 2 hours and 2 pizzas to deliver me a single pizza. If you deliver in a rural area, learn the area.

tonight my boyfriend and I ordered a medium beef and sausage pizza . When it arrived it looked old and barley even warm. We called them and they said that the driver can turn around and pick up the pizza and take it back to the store and they would make a new one but it would take over a Hour and 30 minutes for him to bring it to us. This is ridiculous. I understand he has more orders but they should have made us a fresh pizza in the first place and they wouldn’t even give us our money back until the fresh pizza was brought to us. I Will not be giving them my money anymore!
