Visited Gui Gui 9292 with the family and was pleasantly surprised to find that their $23 lunch pricing isn’t just a weekday deal—they actually honor it on the weekends too! It is a fantastic value if you are looking for a “cheap eat” that still hits all the high notes of a great KBBQ spot.
The lunch tier has a more limited meat selection, but it’s essentially a “greatest hits” list of the popular cuts you’d expect. You can ask the server for the brisket and thinly sliced beef or pork, while the marinated beef, pork, and chicken are all in the self-serve section. They also have a solid spread of appetizers at the buffet, including crabmeat sushi, fish cake, Korean glass noodles, rice, and soup, along with extra sauces on the side.
The atmosphere has a really cool vibe and the staff is both friendly and fast. We went through a lot of marinated meats, which tends to char the grill quickly, but the servers were on top of it and switched our grill out frequently.
One fair warning: save your money and skip the claw machines. The mini plushies are cute, but the claw is way too loose to actually grab anything properly.
Overall, whether you are sticking to the budget-friendly lunch or going for the premium tier, it’s a great spot for BBQ. We will definitely be coming back again!

I’ve been to the La Habra location and it’s nice to know that the Rowland Heights location is just as yummy and has the same amazing deals like their lunch specials at $22.99. I do really enjoy that I can instantly eat because the marinated meats are the meat buffet . So no waiting involved except for the grill to be heated!!! There are over 7 different types of proteins at the meat bar and other set menu of items you can order with your server like beef belly and brisket or thin sliced pork belly. Their higher priced sets include LA Galbi, Seafood, Steamed Egg and so much more. I love how I can end my meal with a JIN RAMEN . If you never had Ramen at the end, you need to. It’s 10/10!

We found Gui Gui when we did a search for an AYCE KBB in the area. We liked that the place was really clean and the staff is on top of everything making sure we had everything we needed.
They have 3 different options and all have great meats included. I liked that they had a meat bar area where we could walk up and grab it ourselves. Sometimes we want more or less of an item so this made it easier for us to get what we wanted. If there was a meat not available at the bar, we could press the button at our table and the server would come right over.
There are many side items that we enjoyed like the gyosa, glass noodles and rice. They also had jalapeños and onion which is always something we look for to throw on the grill. I was surprised they had tortillas so we definitely grabbed a few to eat with our meats.
There are also items like pho and ramen which are included with 2 of the menu options, great thing for those who want something different besides just meat.
They do have lunch specials that are great and we want to come back and try. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a AYCE KBB

They have a $23 lunch special, great deal. Plentiful sides (soups, kimchi fried rice, California roll, gyoza, steamed egg, banchan, etc) even for the $30 Set C option. Meat is good. Service is very attentive!

My wife and I were hungry and randomly decided to stop here. Really glad we did. The portions of meat are big and they have a self serve bar as well. I also enjoyed that they have tortillas and pico de gallo. The server was also on top of the grill changes. 10/10 would recommend

Craving good AYCE kbbq without expensive prices? My go to spot would be Gui Gui 9292 for their $22.99 lunch menu with tender meats that’s freshly cut and many other selections at the self serve station. There’s even sushi and specialty spicy ramen. There’s also menu A, B, C with different add ons with seafood and premium cuts of beef like Galbi and giant short rib. Good service and plenty of parking. Spacious interior that’s good for groups too!

We came here especially for their lunch special! It was AYCE for only $22.99 and it came with plenty of options. There were some meats you would order with the server and the rest was self serve at the bar. They also had a good assortment of sides and banchan. Our favorite was the spicy brisket because you don’t normally see this meat option at other Korean bbqs. Meat was good quality, tender, and the beef and pork belly were not too fatty. Service was very attentive and they came around to change our grill very often. Inside the restaurant was clean and they have tons of tvs all playing different K-pop videos. We left feeling full and satisfied!
