We had 0 issues, food was good…drinks were good. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. My mom had the ribs, she ate them all. The kids loved their burgers and bottomless sspecialty drinks. I had the southern charm burger, it was really good. Salads and fries were good!! Clean, bathrooms clean, people were friendly. We will return!

My family went there last evening. The vibe felt like we were intruding on the employees time. My server rushed and overtalked me when I placed my order; didn’t bring what was requested; didn’t offer water; didn’t offer refills; didn’t ask if we wanted anything for dessert, and rushed us to leave. My husband did not receive his side condiment, nor did I. My side was incorrect, so we ordered it separately after the initial serving of food.
The table was slightly sticky. Also, i am not accustomed to anyone sweeping by my table when eating my food.
My burger were disappointing. No real flavor other than char. My plate of sadness will not be repeated, as I will not be returning. Nor shall my family members, as this location is now in our list of places to not give our money, nor have others take us.
I’m not going to name the server, as this is not constructive. I blame training. Also, if you don’t wish to be open to dine in customers, perhaps it would be better to go to curbside pickup.
Before anyone feels I am being harsh to the server, understand that myself and my daughter are both former servers ( in different levels of the industry). I’ve worked FOH and BOH. This experience just didn’t meet the bar.
Yes, we did tip. No we didn’t short them. We’re not loathsome customers.
We got there at 7:30 pm. They close at 10:00 pm.
Lastly, the final parting observation was of a filthy rag, forlornly abandoned on the floor in front of the dry erase display board. This was at the entry doors. A perfect summation to the evening.

I always love a good burger. I also do like Red Robin in particular. This time I tried the backyard BBQ burger with bacon, pulled pork, cheddar, and pickles. Delicious. Nice buttery bun everything had flavor. Sweet potato fries. (NGL 1st batch that came with my burger were cold). They got me some fresh ones ASAP. I like the milkshakes and selection of sandwiches. They could do better with the appetizers (hence I didn’t get one) Would I go back? Yep..

This must be a disgusting new trend, in that the workers at these restaurants seem to think people walking in and picking up these delivery orders first is the right thing to do. Had three or four different people that worked there walk by us and only one said somebody will be with you in a moment, and then as we’re standing there, another delivery order is taken care of before us. No thank you. If that’s the way they treat their guests before they’re even seated, I would rather not taste the food …so I think the best idea is to not even come here.

Red Robin has always been a great place to get a burger, yesterday I decided to try a different kind compared to what I usually order. Decided to get the Madlove burger it’s actually pretty good except for the fact that the relish flavor was too overpowering (for me), my husband decided to get a fish and chips and was disappointed with the taste it was bland and just so so (coleslaw was good though). But their bottomless sides are always a plus for me. And another PROS of this location we always get a great service from our server. We will definitely be back and try their other burgers.
