Just passing through Liberal, KS, and decided.to give this brewery a try. So glad we did! We were greeted with a big smile by bartender/waitress when we walked in. When asked for their specialty she said their burgers were very good. The burger was excellent! It was fresh beef patties like something of a smash burger, had crisp bacon and just the right amount of gooey cheese, YUM!! Fries were also good, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. The beer also surpassed my expectations. I got a peach ipa and it was great, and I’m very picky about my ipa’s. My husband got an amber and he loved it too. Food, service, ambiance, and bathrooms (well women’s anyway) all A+

The food and service were great! I was in town for the weekend. Got up at 4am, worked 6 hrs, then ride 5+ hrs to get here. I was hungry and thirsty. The fish ceviche was great; the Oreo cheesecake was awesome as well.

Cool vibe at this place. Staff had great attitude. Local craft beers on tap.
Food:
We had an order each of green Enchiladas and Mole Enchiladas. Both were very good. But be warned, they are SPICY! We are from Arizona and we’re a bit surprised at the spiciness. The mole sauce wasn’t as spicy as the green sauce.
My wife ended up ordering some street tacos, 2 chicken and 1 ground beef. The chicken was a bit dry and the ground beef was good.
The beans and rice were very good, with the rice being perfectly cooked. The beans look a bit like standard Pinto Beans but have a really good flavor.
Overall, we would recommend this restaurant!

From Arizona. I had the mango ceviche (shrimp) one of the best I have had. The taco cupcakes were delicious. My husband and son had the street tacos and they devoured them.

Welcoming, friendly, good food and service. We had the green chili chicken enchiladas and a side salad, a beer and old fashioned. Also, a piece of cheesecake, which had a soft texture, less cheesy. This restaurant brew pub draws people of all ages and provides a great space for relaxing with family and friends. It’s a delightful discovery in small town Liberal KS.
