We stopped by for a quick bite while we were in the area. We ordered a variety of tacos including pastor, lengua, and camera. We also ordered an order of Mexican street corn. Everything tasted great and our service was excellent.

Excellent lunch, the BEST Mexican restaurant in Deland! Fast service (chips and salsa were on the table within 30 seconds of sitting down). Food was served hot and the taste was authentic.

The service was great. Greated right sway by 2 friendly and cheerful ladies. We were given chips n salsa andour drinks. Chips were warm but, seemed a bit toasted. Salsa tasted home made with great flavor. Very little salsa proportion was given. Definitely more for tasting than scooping. Plates came out looking great, clean, bright colors, well plated. Looked like good enough proportion of rice, beans on one plate and main course on a 2nd plate. I got Birria and my companion got the chimichunga. She loved the chimi, said it was even better than her favorite spot down south. My birria had 3 pieces. First tasted pretty good, not as good as my favorite spot. 2nd was half full of a huge piece of fat. 3rd 1/4 full with a chunk of fat. That might have been because it was after the dinner rush. I bumped the rating up a star because of those fantastic ladies wonderful service. The restaurant looks great, well decorated and not over the top. Was nice ans clean. I would go back and try something else for sure. Still looking for a great birria in DeLand though.

We stopped by Guajillos Taqueria after church and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff makes you want to come back again! Everyone worked together and were very nice and helpful. The food is the bonus, the salsa was very tasty, little spicy, and the chips were crunchy. My husband seemed to really like the shrimp dip. I had the salad bowl with chicken, and it was amazing the rice and beans added to the salad. I also tried my husband’s fajitas, and the steak was perfect it was not chewy like many places have. The shrimp and the chicken were good also. We will definitely be back again.

This was pretty good. Tried their bean dip. Needed a little bit more of some flavor, but it was very good. Had the fajitas, it was very good!!! Just DNT have it with clean hair, because you will leave smelling just like a fajita, which is not that bad ! The shrimp a la diabla…..that sucker needs a warning label to it!!! Lol my friend only tasted the sauce before trying the actual shrimp and she almost needed a second glass of lemonade! Lol my son had it later and he did confirm that indeed it was packed with heat, but full of flavor and pretty good!
Overall, can’t wait to come back to try more items on the menu!

Great food and fast service. The salsa and chips were fresh.The fajitas were huge and has amazing flavor and gluten free. The quest with cheriza was amazing and we added fresh jalapeños. We will return soon. No taco Tuesday but daily drink specials.
