This place has a really good menu but poorly executed food. The fresas con crema are not authentic, the jello is stiff. The ice cream is okay but over priced. The flavors they offer are not available near by which is why they get away with the price gauge. Paid $27 for fresas con crema, small jello & one ice cream cone. The service was mediocre and slow. The place was spacious and clean but run down, not the kind of atmosphere you’re being charged for.

2nd time visiting Guadalajara in 2 days. Such a huge variety of ice cream and desserts. Freshly made Tortas too! Their milanesa was pretty good. Love their Bionicos (fresh cut fruit covered in rich condensed milk cream with granola sprinkled on top). Also tried their papas preparedes (crispy potato chips with lemon juice and hot sauce). And loved their frozen, chocolate & peanut covered banana (not pictured). So delicious!

I recently bought some fresh vegetable/fruit juice, which tasted great. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The menu was very disorganized and didn’t include any prices, which made things confusing. I also bought a small individual coconut candy wrap, only to find out it cost $4 — way overpriced compared to other places that sell the same product for much less. The staff just tell you the price verbally, calculate the total on a phone, and charge you — with no clear pricing upfront. Definitely not a great impression.

Decided to try this place since I always see it and it was a big let down I got a waffle cone dipped with chocolate. The chocolate tasted old anf flavorless mazapan and coconut ND both flavors lacked any kind of taste or flavor. Spend $11 for that ice cream ended up just throwing it away

Customer service was excellent and a big variety of food options but the prices are outrageous. For 3 items I paid $50. Prices are not posted anywhere and once you are getting rung up they hit you will a huge bill. Very disappointing.

Meh, could better. Service is a 4 stars. The ice cream is delicious! The price is quite considerably high, at $11 for 1 milkshake. The employees don’t speak English and has gotten my order wrong at least twice. Would recommend for those who speak Spanish.

When it first opened, the food and service was amazing! I feel like the portions have gotten smaller over time, but are still pretty good. I’m not sure why this individual has been asked to cover the counter, but there is one guy that works here and his customer service is absolutely foul. He is never friendly, much less polite, and he makes you feel like a nuisance for coming in. Thankfully not all the employees have this type of attitude, but for someone who also works in customer service, my coworkers and I find this completely unacceptable. I’m hoping to see a positive change soon, because it honestly makes me think twice from coming in.
