There are plenty of parking spots behind the restaurant. The back entrance is actually the main entrance. We entered through the front door and stood there confused for a while since there was no counter. It took us some time before we asked a staff member, who then pointed us to the counter hidden behind a large pole facing the back entrance.
Aside from that, the ordering process is simple and easy. The place is spacious, clean, and not too crowded. Many people seem to come for pickup orders. The burgers are on the smaller side, which I prefer. They are a good portion size, taste great, and aren’t as greasy as burgers from other places. The sweet potato side dish wasn’t what I expected. It’s not bad, but the seasoning kind of takes away from the natural sweet potato flavor.
Overall, it’s a good burger spot. I would come back when I’m in the mood for a burger.

So happy this is now open!! I went on their 2nd day of business, and everything was great. Orders were accurate, service was friendly, and food was tasty!

I’m so happy to see Grindhouse open on the Westside of Atlanta. I’ve been a fan of their burgers for a long time, so my excitement was through the roof when they finally opened.
My husband and I visited yesterday evening. Currently, there’s free parking! I really hope it stays this way because paid parking seems unnecessary. At this location, there are two areas. They offer full-service dining for guests 21 and older, which is upstairs. Downstairs, there’s the dining room where you order at the register and then find your seat.
We chose to sit upstairs in the full-service dining area. Upon entering, you pick your seat. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The customer service was attentive, and I liked how all the servers helped all the tables. We ordered two junior burgers, crispy Brussels sprouts, and ciders. Everything was prepared quickly and tasted great. We can’t wait for our next visit! This will become our new favorite spot!

Great food, quick and friendly service, super cool atmosphere. My only complaint is that whomever chose hard rock needs to read the room, that is not your customer base. Switch up! Or at least have variety that branches into softer rock, like Sleep Token. Some of the songs are just too much, I had to finally leave.
Otherwise, my waitstaff was so kind she even ran my visa out to the car when I forgot it.
I’m looking forward to going back. It’d be a great date place. The rooftop is for 21 and up only, so don’t bring your kids
They have vegan options and gluten free too, yippee! Wish it was beyond meat instead of impossible (which is wheat gluten), but they have a house black bean burger that’s super flavorful. $4 jack fire shots can’t be beat, a delicious craft non-alcoholic root beer was so tempting and fulfilled!!! Full meal and beverage was only $21!

So happy there’s now a Grindhouse on the West side! The employees were super friendly and the service was quick. Burgers came out fast and were absolutely perfect. Got take out, but the restaurant looked great! Plenty of seating and a fun bar upstairs. Will definitely be a regular here.

They did a great job w this new location, decent parking, the space is big & the upstairs is great for 21+. Service was friendly & attentive. We had a small issue w our food not being hot but management was quick to resolve it. Glad this is in the area!

Really good experience at the new Grindhouse. They now have full service upstairs! It’s great. Our server was great, and it has a good feel inside. Plenty of TVs for sports and a good sized bar. Great Sunday funday place!
