Don’t order the pizza. It’s just a ton of burned cheese and half cooked dough. I ordered a large and the bottom was white with powder fall off. While the top as burned. The hamburger pizza yuck it was almost definitely not fully cooked hamburger meat. It made the whole house sick. I should have listened to the reviews. Never ever again. Just eeeww

Not sure what happened we always order the cauliflower pizza today we ordered two of them one ham and cheese one Gregg special we always get them uncooked bring them home and cook them so they’ll be fresh. They are always awesome. Surprisingly we get home to cook them tonight. Neither one of them has cheese on them. Not sure what’s going on. This never happened before.

I was actually at Dr Myers office, my official chiropractor. But I can go to bat for Greg’s volcano pizza anytime! Been enjoying this special treat for nearly 1/2 a century. Most of my experiences was when they were tossing dough on the volunteer parkway in Bristol!

As someone who lived in Italy. This has nothing to do with a pizza. I appreciate the service personnel is super friendly and doing their best. But the pizza is not good. Way too much cheese. The pizza is oily and soggy and slips through your fingers if you try to hold a piece. Mushrooms from the can are a no go.

My husband ordered pizza from Elizabethton location in error. He immediately called back to cancel; they said it was too late, but he said he wasn’t going to drive that far to pick up. I’m sure it didn’t go to waste. When he called Johnson City location he was told, “we got a call from the other store about you and cannot take your order.” What a way to run a business! We don’t care if this was voted “the best” we won’t recommend this business and be sure to tell everyone about their lack of customer service.

I’ve been waiting to write this review in hope’s the owners would respond to my numerous attempts to contact them, but nothing. It appears there must be a flaw in their ordering system between the two locations as we are not alone with this problem. We somehow had our online order go to Elizabethton and not Johnson City as we had intended and when I went to pick up the order at JC I was told no order here and to drive another 22 minutes in the opposite direction from our home to pick up the order! I wanted to place a new order right then and there and “gift” the other but the older lady working behind the counter refused to take my NEW order. This has nothing to do about money but how to “take care” of your most important asset, YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Perhaps a Business/Marketing 101 course would be beneficial! Fyi: The Italian Pizza Pub was a great option and we thoroughly enjoyed our two Large pizza’s from them!
