Signs on 2 doors entering stating ” Out of Fish” I ordered an Italian sub. No ketchup bottles, just a few ketchup packets for fries. Another group of 4 people came in while I was eating and they ordered and got Fish Sandwiches??? I asked why they were able to order fish and waitress said “We had 3 left” That was the reason I came in! Sub was all bread and hardly any meat. Nobody ever checked in on us and asked how was our meal or if I needed more to drink. Won’t be back.

I always love Jioio’s it is my favorite pizza. I have to swing by and get some when I’m in the area as I moved away. My family and I came for dinner tonight and we had excellent service provided by Trinity. It was a Sunday and we didn’t have to wait for a table of 11. Everything was delicious and hot! Food didn’t take too long. Really appreciate Trinity taking care of us!

Thank you so much for the wonderful lunch we had on 2/1/26. Trinity was amazing and got everything right for our party.
We invaded you with a party of 11. My little granddaughters 2nd birthday. If we could have made reservations we would have, because we hate to do that to anyone.
But Trinity made us feel welcome and did an amazing job to fulfill anything we asked. We always try as a family to help clean up after ourselves… that’s what italians do…so I hope she had a great experience like we did.
There is a huge back story for this in my family going back 60ish yrs. Thank you for still being there, and making this amazing pizza for my family’s memories.

Jioios has always been a favorite of mine when I am back home. This time it’s was very disappointing.
The gluten-free pizza is lacking flavor and overcooked. Not good.
The normal pizza is always cooked to perfection. Sweet crust, thin, and layer with a ton of toppings.
Our service was lacking. Ivory seemed to have an attitude the whole time we were there. We waited multiple times for drinks and was standing back in the back on her phone while still waiting for drinks.
We got our checks and waited for her to take payment, except she never took out payment. Another server took and processed the payment.
Great specials on Sunday, BOGO pasta for $14.99.

We went here last night for my birthday. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. We just wanted a simple meal for our family. I told the waitress I had a gluten and dairy allergy and she goes “oooookkkkk” like she was nervous. I ordered a gluten free crust with vegan cheese. I asked her to double check that the bacon and sausage were both gf and df. She came back to say “the cook doesn’t understand what you’re asking about the bacon. The sausage is just meat and spices though “ I should’ve left then. I ordered my pizza plain. Next she comes out and says “we’re going to just give you a regular crust because the gluten free crust has Parmesan in it” Are these people crazy??? I literally told them I had a GLUTEN ALLERGY and ordered a GLUTEN FREE CRUST and you’re “just going to give me a regular crust”?!?! We got up and left (15-20 mins later bc it took FOREVER to get our check for our drinks). Went to Little E’s 5 mins away with NO issues and their staff and restaurant is HIGHLY educated in allergies and TAKES IT SERIOUSLY!!! How are we living in “the greatest nation in the world” and people, ESPECIALLY restaurants of ANY kind are still so blatantly uninformed about allergies?!?! This is completely unacceptable and dangerous. I was uncomfortable from the very first response she had about me having allergies. Should’ve just left then. Their menu even says their vegan pizza is vegan AND GLUTEN friendly! Do not go to this restaurant if you have any allergies! They can’t be trusted and have a misleading menu!! Totally unacceptable in the United States and in 2025!!

Food is always excellent! Trinity is a vantastic waitress!!! Trinity had our family party stuffed and eager to take away dishes and fill our drinks. Look for her.

As usual, the food was great, but what bothered us was the waitresses using the purple Fabuloso to clean and mop. All ws could smell was the Fabuloso, which ruined our dinner. It was so strong that it gagged us, and we stopped eating. The waitress just left the mop bucket right beside our table. Common sense would be not to use strong cleaning products until customers are done with their meal.
