Nasty oil. Potato cakes have obviously been sitting. Taste rancid. Complain to staff. Given new batch. Still tastes terrible–oil is clearly rancid. Ask for a refund or a different item. Clerk says I can only have something fried. Advised me to fill out the survey. Avoid this location. Bad food. Bad service.

I went with my husband tonight. We ordered a double roast beef meal and 2 ham and cheese sandwiches. The woman at the window had to finish her conversation with a coworker before she took payment and then we got all the way home because how hard is it to put 2 ham sandwiches in a bag, and we got all roast beef. The fact that she repeated our order back to us and it was still wrong is unacceptable. Also the fact that she had to finish her conversation before taking payment was unacceptable as well. For $21 for a meal and two sandwiches in a fast food drive thru is ridiculous especially it being wrong. I will think twice about ordering from this location during this time of the day. Do better.

I stopped in here at this Arby’s around 6pm on a Friday evening. I ate inside. Was greeted by an Arby’s cashier. He was very pleasant. The fast food restaurant inside was very clean. I ordered the traditional beef & cheddar sandwich combo. No complaints. I still love seeing the nostalgic neon sign at this Arby’s. It has been there as long as I can remember & that is quite a long time ago! Thanks Arby’s! Enclosed are a few pictures.

I ordered a meal almost 2 weeks ago where I have yet to recieve a response from the compliant that I filed directly with this location. I sat at the drive through window after spending 50 dollars on my meal to not recieve drinks. I was ignored and peered at through the drive thru window as if I was a bother when I had already recieved my food. After roughtly 7 minutes, and getting cold food, I drove to the door. When i attempted to acquire my drinks, I was questioned about what meals I had, rather than an apology. I was never asked what meals that I had so that my 4 cups could be offered. I was NEVER given my drinks. The drinks that I had were 10.00 alone. I asked for a refund because this was the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered. My ticket was DT382 on 12-07-2025. I reported the complaint directly to the Arbys complaint line where the website reports a follow up email and contact from the store. I hope the General manager does read this and can contact me through the email complaint. sincerely, I still think I should get my refund and money back.

Can not believe how we were treated at this Arby’s by a manager. Absolutely unbelievable and not acceptable! We have no food and he will not refund our money. Had to call the police!! Unacceptable!!!

Just got home after having to wait a while on my mobile order only to be extremely disappointed with my brisket sandwich for my son, it literally had like maybe 3 small thin pieces of brisket on it, if that… Also, it was covered with bbq sauce, it was actually too much, just everywhere. Not even close to the picture showed. We’ve definitely had this at other locations where it was made right & actually had the correct amount of meat. Maybe it’s a location thing, idk. But what I do know is when a sandwich is 8 DOLLARS it should have the right amount of meat There was more bread & sauce on it & also there weren’t any crispy onion straws that were supposed to come on it… They weren’t busy at all either… I was the only one there The people working there were pretty nice, although they did make me wait for over 10 mins bc my mobile order didn’t come up on their screen yet even though I had proof of my order & they could’ve just went ahead & made it due to that but it’s whatever, I didn’t mind waiting I just wish I got what I paid for & didn’t come home for my son to be very disappointed that’s all he wanted.

We had to turn around in the drive thru because they told us to pull up before we ordered. Then continued to completely mess up our order. We were the only customer. And the kicker is, our order was $50 for a large curly fry, 3 sliders, and a burger. We didnt even order that. Wish I could give negative stars. They may have the meats but they don’t have this customer anymore.

I usually don’t rate fast food but I went today because I was in the area and this was the best and nicest people that worked there. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Had the steak and cheese and it was delicious. But it was the people that made this place great. Will visit again soon. We ate there around 4pm on July 3rd. Thank you again.

Yesterday evening pulled into the parking lot and I saw this gentleman sitting on the curb of the building talking on the phone so as soon as he seen me he brings to get up and go into the building I parks my car and goes in so as soon I go in I see him still on the phone had it on speaker standing at the counter then he makes his way to the cooking area where they fix the food then here comes the cashier asking me what I would like and am looking at him to see if washes his hands and I told the cashier never mind he didn’t wash his hands and she looking at the corner of her eyes she was looking awwwww shoot this lady bout to go off but I didn’t I walked out I immediately went live on the book so I do not recommend this location if you do get out and go in I think that’s what am going to start doing bump drive-through

I ordered a french dip through doordash after not eating all day and just getting off work. they forgot the sauce that comes with it, the main part of the french dip. and the sandwich was ice cold. not what i had hoped at all
