It’s probably one of my favorite places in the Duncan area period. My partner and her family showed me this little place and my goodness, the service is amazing, the food portions are huge, the prices are unbeatable in today’s climate for the size you get.
I totally recommend #44 and my partner suggests the #40 soup. Everything is around 16-18$ and is worth every penny.
Please come give this little treasure in Duncan a try.

We had Pho and Lemongrass chicken with Vermicelli. They were fresh with great flavour profile. Service was quick and friendly. A great spot to have quick and filling bite when travelling upisland or returning back from your upisland trip.

Absolutely LOVED our meal and experience at Green Leaf! We are new to the area, and will be back! The food is so fresh, and the portions are HUGE! My husband and I didn’t know this when we ordered, ordered a vegetable soup each with tofu and 1 order of the lemongrass chicken and 1 of the lemongrass beef, and we took home enough leftovers for 3-4 more meals! The staff are so friendly and efficient. As soon as we arrived a delicious tea landed on the table and we barely had to wait to order and the food arrived shortly after. Vegetables were cooked to perfection and the meats were so tender, which sometimes I find can be chewy at Asian style restaurants. Green Leaf is a definite new staple for our family, highly recommend!!!

This is an amazing little place. There aren’t many Vietnamese restaurants that do an authentic Vietnamese crepe – one in Victoria and this one in Duncan. The crepe was filled with bean sprouts, minced pork and shrimp with a salad on the side (although crepes in Vietnamese would have had lettuce and beautiful fresh herbs you could roll the crepe in). The service is prompt and friendly and others in the restaurant were also complimentary in comments about the food. I will return and try other dishes on the menu!

I ordered from their website good to go. I got home and one item that was listed was missing. I figured they forgot it. I called and the guy said I looked at the wrong menu, I looked at the one on the website. He said it changed but they never bothered to change the website. He was very rude after this and then hung up on me. To top it off, the food is really not that good at all. I’m really disappointed with this as this restaurant is supposed to be good

First thing when my husband and I walked in the door, a man sitting at a table smiles and says “this is the best pho out of fifteen different restaurants I’ve tried on the island.”
Tea was served right away. The service was excellent and the hot and sour soup was delicious. Overall a wonderful experience. We will be back!

We decided to try Green Leaf Bistro on our way back home from Duncan and we were not disappointed. The food was not only excellent and good value for your money, but the portions were also so large that we had a lot of leftovers for dinner. The three of us shared the beef salad, which was wonderful with the generous sprinkling of fresh Thai basil, a rice plate with grilled lemongrass chicken, a nice, crunchy pickle and side salad and the deep-fried spring rolls, with delicious dipping sauces to accompany each dish.
We loved the relaxed, warm atmosphere and the great service. Would high recommend making a stop here. We’ll definitely be back again!
