Not a bad Dunkin. The staff was very friendly and was very busy the whole time I was there. I stopped in after a doctor’s appointment and while waiting for the bus. There were only 3 tables in there, I assume holdover from the COVID social distancing days. I lucked out and there was an empty when I got there, but a mother and child were at a loss when they walked in and wanted to sit. Thankfully an older woman was heading out and gave them the table, but having more tables would be good.
The store stayed pretty quiet until the after school rush started and noise picked up. Never rowdy, but boisterous. Nothing that would prevent conversation or disturb you if you were wearing headphones. But if you were sitting and reading without them, you might be distracted.

Paid 6.17 for a small cold brew. Didn’t get a cold brew it was reg coffee. Cold brew is more expensive. I asked for black with sugar and they put 2 creams. I dont care About the money. Just dont waste Your time if you want what you’re paying for

I had to run here to get my clients some bagels. Parking in this area is terrible when you arrive. I walked in and there was one person in front of me. I got to the register and ordered with someone that seemed to be new. The bagels were about $16 with cream cheese. When they bought out the bagels they were warm and you can smell the freshness. No issues.

I came here for a Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso and received this drink. I wanted cold foam and when I asked they told me it was already added. The drink was not even filled to the top. Sorry but this is just laziness from the employees will not return to this Dunkin Donut.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin, the doughnuts always are hard and not fresh. The drinks are hit or miss, sometimes good, sometimes not. When a coffee and 2 doughnuts adds up to $10.00, you expect the quality to be that of all the local bakeries. Will go to a different location for now on.

I got a coffee at a local Dunkin drive thru they forgot to give me a straw. I stopped at this location for a straw and the manager refused to give me a straw .. ONE STRAW .. my boyfriend even offered to pay for it which doesn’t make sense because I purchased a coffee and had a receipt. I had food as well I didn’t know the straw wasn’t in the bag but no big deal to me. The manager was very rude and nasty when it was uncalled. She then kicked us out of the establishment when I kept asking what was the problem? which was fine I didn’t want to be there a second longer. THERE IS NO NEED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN A BAD WAY !!! Point blank and according to the reviews she should’ve been fired a long time ago. I do not recommend anyone going to this location. !!!!!!!!!!

$3.08 with tax for a small cup of coffee. Our stupidity must be disgusting to them. That’s why they keep raising it with no feelings at all. I’ll carry my own thermos for now on. Its war on us. Respect yourself. Because they don’t. Most of these stores are playing tag on our stupidity.

The woman at the counter is very rude. someone should fire her. I used to work at dunkin donuts and I never saw anyone as rude as her. The coffee was very bitter and I told her 3 times i wanted my coffee with pumpkin almond milk and sugar and she made it with cream which I didn’t ask for. I just said never mind. I usually don’t make complaints but this really bothered me that she argued with me that she didn’t put cream in there. I also watched her do the same thing to someone else she made hot chocolate for them and they told her twice it was made wrong and she argued with them too!
