The food is pretty good here. The service is definitely not good though, it needs a improvement. The night I was there I think the waitress was also the delivery girl or something like that because she disappeared for a while. I never did get my salad she asked if I wanted. The prices are okay. I’ve eaten here other times with good food, but I certainly had better Chinese food elsewhere. but out of the two in town I think this is the better one, as far as food goes.

I was visiting the area for work and had decided on some Chinese food for dinner. I found several great reviews for this establishment and stopped by after my work to order some food to go and to have a drink. The website advertised a full bar which to my surprise did not exist when I arrived. I ordered the Szechuan chicken which is a common dish of mine. I have tried this dish in many different states across the country and they have all been fairly similar in ingredients, taste and heat. When I got back to my hotel, I tried a bite and could not take another. The chicken was very bland and had a strange texture. The sauce had no heat and was very pale compared to what I am used to. The entire dish seemed off. I don’t want to say the dish was bad, but it was quite unexpected. Having cooked in various restaurants including Chinese and Japanese, it was just not what I am used to. I am not leaving this review to be negative. I just wanted to advise that this may not be what you are accustomed to as far as Chinese food if you are not from this area.

I am from Denver and came up to visit my friend! We decided to try a new restaurant. So we chose this place! Service started out great, we ordered our food and received our eggs rolls which were amazing. Then we received our meals but the chicken was slimy and did not taste like chicken at all! We talked to the cook and the cook proceeded to tell us we are wrong and said we had to pay for our food, even though we were not going to be eating the food at all! We ended up leaving the food on the table paying and leaving! I will never go back to this place! I know how chicken is suppose to taste and feel and this wasn’t at all good chicken!

It was nice to be able to sit down for a meal. They have revamped their menu. The lunch plate is small, but still enough that I was full. They also have just Pepsi products on soda. The also have other drinks on the menu on the table for you to choose. Prices are still the same

Unfortunately this place I closed for good. They have even already sold the beautiful fish tanks they had inside on facebook. This place was amazing. The peanut sauce was homemade by the owner who was just the sweetest older gal. They had been in business since I moved to lamar 16 years ago. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and good food! ♥️

Very quiet when we dined here on a weeknight while my husband was working on a local project. I was amazed that a town this size has 3 Asian restaurants! The food is fresh and the flavors were rich and savory. The wonton appetizers did not have any crab in them, but they we’re definitely hand made and they were light and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The egg rolls had a great flavor and were also handmade. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, and she made sure we had what we needed. We dined at dinner time, but we still had the choice of a lunch special, which is unusual, and a nice option, though you do have to order rice separately, which I’ve never seen before. If you’re looking for decent Cantonese with fresh ingredients, they’ve got you covered!

So we got the Mongolian beef and it was overpriced. And disgusting, they made us pay extra for rice. I paid 15 for just a little bit of serving of the beef and I had to pay extra for something that should come with it. This place is over priced don’t go here it’s nasty too. Go to happy garden it’s right down the street from them. Don’t waist your money here. The only reason I tried it last night was because Happy garden’s phone was down and boy was that a mistake. I would say 0 stars but I can’t do that

If I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. We went in about 1:15 pm. When we got there the table in front of us still had all the dishes on it from the last people who ate there before us. We had to wait almost an hour for our food to get there. When my wife got her food (the sweet and sour chicken), her meat was grey. It tasted old and tasted like a mixture of blood and iron. She ended up not even eating. I ordered the General Tso chicken. This is my favorite Chinese dish. It was so hard and tasted just like the sweet and sour chicken with just a hint of soy sauce. So disappointed in this place. Dont waste your time or your money. Btw when we left they still hadnt removed the dishes on the table I mentioned earlier.

This place is disgusting, none of their food is even editable, I will never, and I mean never, recommend this place, everything is just gross, the only good thing is their egg rolls, Me and my Mom ordered it for dinner hoping the new owner was actually decent, No!
