North Port has added a gem to the area! Coming here was quite the experience. From service to food they cover it all and very well I must say. Try the mousaka. While your at it try the baklava. Matter of fact, try literally anything on the menu and I am sure you will experience flavor and what Greek food is all about: quality ingredients, personable people and great wine! I got the Gyro salad on the lunch menu. It was fantastic! The gyro meat was delicious, and the dressing that they used was light with a hit of lemon, so it didn’t over power the dish or make it too salty. It comes pita bread and taziki sauce. The service was great, they were very busy but they were still very attentive to our table. They were very friendly and we got our food quickly. This was some of the best Greek food I have had in a while.

I stopped in to kill some time while i got my oil changed. I ordered 2 gyros, and they had plenty of tzatziki and good flavor. They were so filling that I had to take the second one to go. I also ordered a dessert to go called Galaktoboureko, it looks delicious. I can’t wait to try it and to come back to try something different. The service was excellent!

So I ordered the Drunk Shrimp as an appetizer, orzo, Greek salad and the Gyro egg-rolls. The Drunk shrimp and the Gyro eggrolls were killer!! The Drunk shrimp with that cheese and the garlic with wine sauce was really good! The service was great. I would say the food is a little pricey but damn good food. I spent $58 on myself there.

We recently stopped here for breakfast. The menu is rather large and has some very interesting offerings for the size of the restaurant. There were a number of items that we found interesting. Since everything is made from scratch, it did take a bit of time for the food to arrive. But, when it did arrive, it was hot and very nicely presented. Both items were very tasty and properly seasoned. However, both portions were rather small, especially for the very high price points! My wife had enough to eat but I left hungry. We were then shocked to see that we were charged $3.00 for water. We did not ask for bottled water but were given bottled water at a ridiculous price!!
