Husband and I stopped in and ordered. It was quick service. Got home to eat-started eating my sesame chicken; got halfway through, pushed my broccoli to the side. Went to take a bite of broccoli and saw a funny looking piece of what I thought was rice. Looked at it a little closer and it was a maggot like bug. Called restaurant and reported it to them and to tell them they should probably toss their broccoli. They offered to remake my sesame chicken but I definitely declined. Wanted to give this place a second chance as previously food wasn’t that great. This is the last time we will ever eat here.

We ordered here today, yet before ordering the steamed dumplings we asked the young gentleman behind the counter if they were homemade: he hesitated, then responded “Yes” emphatically.
Once getting home we realized they were the typical pre-packaged Korean dumplings and they were 100% NOT homemade! It’s bizarre when you lie directly to a customer’s face: especially one that specializes in cooking as a hobby, the story will be repeated to hundreds of friends and colleagues amid the community; we will not be patronizing this place ever again.

The owner of this restaurant is extremely unprofessional and treats people very poorly. Her attitude is truly unpleasant.
I do not recommend this place. The atmosphere is weighed down by negativity, and the owner always appears upset. You are required to leave at least one star to submit a review, but even that feels undeserved.
The food is of very poor quality, and the overall tension in the environment makes the experience even worse.

Ordered the bourbon chicken and it was s dry and chewy with hardly any sauce. Th chicken was so dry you couldn’t even pierce it with a fork. Ended up throwing the whole thing away

We use to order hear Alot. Lately its expensive and not the same. We ordered Beef lomein and it was slimy and gross. Unseasoned and blan. 9.00 for a small container with mostly boiled veggies and slimy food. So disappointed.

I thought i would surprise my wife and pick up dinner. Must be new owners or new chefs. The highlight of this takeout was the hot n’ sour soup. The eggroll was fried way to long and seemed like it was put in the fryer a second time. It was hard as a rock and the color was way too dark. The fried dumpling were tastless. The General Tso’s chicken went in the garbage! The chicken was like chewing leather. Need i say more!! We have ordered from Great Wall for quite some time and we’re never disappointed like this before. Don’t know why but has certainly gone down hill. For having spent almost $50.00 I can assure you it’s time to look elsewhere. Being handicapped and in constant pain, it was not worth all the pain and effort.

You may want to consider the person you have waiting on your customers. He should be a back of house employee where he does not interract with your customers. Perhaps he needs some training on how to improve his customer service

Using GrubHub is a mistake. They took bag one and rushed it to my home 20 minutes early. Then driver number 2 took the other part of the order and delivered it 40 minutes later.

We have been getting Chinese food from great wall for sometime. Now owners have gotten so greedy that when you asked for a little thing of sweet-and-sour sauce because they only give you a little one so if you asked for a second one now they charge you $.50 for a little one and if you want a big one they charge you $1.50 that’s how greedy they become.
This is what they charge you $.50 for it not even 1/2 full. Embarrassing.
