I ordered food from here for years and the food is Chinese food but the star meal from them has always been their Orange Chicken. The kids loved it. It had me questioning why I have never ordered orange chicken as a kid. Up until now. All of a sudden the orange Chicken is not the same. It doesn’t taste like Orange chicken it’s now general tsoa chicken. It’s relatively spicy, thr orange peels ate there for show, but that orange flavor is no longer there. I called them last time and the man on the phone told me it is orange chicken. I gave it another try and its still general tsoa chicken that is spicy and more importantly the kids don’t like it. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again. Maybe they hired a new chef. Who knows. But its not the same.

I wish there was ZERO stars. I work in union and decided to give this place a try. I ordered through their online website for delivery. The food came quickly and i paid and tipped. I ordered a egg drop soup and a combo that came with pork fried rice. When I was eating the soup I saw something floating and assumed a piece of pork from my rice had fallen in. 3/4 of the way through i looked again and could see a HUGE roach floating in my soup. I immediately called the restaurant and was asked ” AM I sure?” I said no problem im bringing all the food back. The woman at the counter acted as if I had “planted” the bug in the food. Never apologized or gave any type of remorse. Just asked how I paid and went to give me the money back as if this happens often. When I mentioned that she never apologized a man came out and tried to smooth over the situation asking if I wanted them to make me new food fresh. Why would I want your food if I just got a roach??!! Terrible customer service and disgusting food. Eat at your own risk.

Multiple times I ordered my food and they didn’t do it the way I wanted. Since then, I take my time to explain my order to the lady at the desk, but she became enraged and would be shouting on the phone. It happened twice so I decided to leave a review and stop going to this restaurant. The women who take the order at the desk are very impatient and rude when taking orders and they should be replaced.

Easily the best Chinese spot in Union. Been ordering from here for years. Lunch specials are great and come with a soup or soda.
Prices have increased slightly over the years but that’s expected nowadays. Recommend calling in orders for pickup; everything will always be ready and fresh within 15 mins.

Somehow my called in delivery order vanished into thin air. Spoke with a lady, two combos plus large soup, was given a final cost (31-something dollars). They have my number and address on record. Normally delivery is 20 mins. After 50 minutes, called back, was told it’s on its way. After 25 more mins called back again, spoke with a lady, asked them could they even tell me what I had ordered. She couldn’t find anything, tried to imply I may of spoken with a guy who put me on hold & then I hung up before the order was completed. I let her know this wasn’t at all the case. She said sorry and asked if I still wanted to put in the order (by then it was 8:45pm on a Tuesday). I said no thanks I can’t wait till after 9pm to eat. Have ordered from here for many years. Am disappointed.

I don’t eat Chinese food often but when I do this is the spot. You can taste the freshness and quality. I love to get the wings because you can tell that they change their oil for chicken regularly. If you have a favorite spot then don’t try Great Wall because Great Wall will become your favorite..
