Was expected for a subway. The staff would help you then go sit down on one of the tables or booths and call their friend or eat something they grabbed from the fridge or behind the counter. Don’t know why but there was a trash can with a hole for garbage and recycling, but they both went to the same bin. There was some trash the staff threw on the floor by the pop machine and they just left it there. One of the workers eyes met mine and then I looked at the trash and back at them, then they decided to pick it up when I went over to refill my drink. This was around 8pm so you could tell they were done with the day already. Food was good. Was on par for being Subway.
One pet peeve I don’t understand though. I say I want the #2 Outlaw and then they start asking me about the meat and veggies I want on it. Like, BROTHER I just said I want the #2. So I had to read off to them what was on the board behind them. Their own menu! I’ve had that happen to me at other subways. I get it if I want some added on in addition or removed, but they just ask me like they didn’t just hear me say #2. I’m not saying what place they are in line, that’s the menu number for the sandwich I want, my guy.
Also this place had some sign about some Tic Tok sandwich I guess this location made up and was advertising on a handwritten white board they propped up by the start of the line. A little weird.

Everything was fresh to order…They ran out of Onions and Meatballs..Store was empty when i came in so items should have been stocked while it was slow..Other then that Food was great

For a sub sandwich place is good. Personally not a big cold cut fan, I eat the meatballs. While they certainly aren’t from Italian restaurant they’re ok.

We’re traveling from NY to SC and stopped in for lunch. We noticed a sign on the door upon arrival stating no other food or drinks inside, which is understandable. We have a baby with us that cannot eat a sub of course, so before unloading our family I walked inside to ask if it was okay to bring the baby food in. I was just being considerate even though I didn’t imagine they’d tell me I couldn’t bring in my baby’s baby food. The gentleman at the counter was kind but before he could answer me, a lady who was in the middle of making a sub for someone else interrupted stating no, no other food can come inside. I repeated that it’s baby food and that our baby cannot eat a sub sandwich. She repeated no, with annoyance. Her statement isn’t really the issue, but her rudeness is. I understand she’s just following rules, but she can do that without rudeness. I’m surprised that Subway would create a scenario where I cannot bring my baby inside to eat with us. We have 6 children and 2 adults, we were prepared to buy 7 subs with chips and drinks and cookies. Our baby needs to eat too. We bring baby food into other restaurants all the time. Genuinely don’t understand the issue here. Very disappointed. A baby cannot eat a sub sandwich. Subway should be more accommodating to families.

This was a nightmare food was wrong and service was poor they took my money then was going to make are food I told her to wash her hands and cove them she didn’t like me saying that to her but to bad we do not eat with dirty hands. Not much meat or cheese, vegetables and put rong meat on. Will never go back there.

It was another successful trip to one of many Subways here in the Roanoke Valley. You will always be greeted with a smile and a hello, as you enter, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing.

horrible staff both had terrible attitude just stared at you instead of asking anything. worker wore the same gloves to make food, give money back and change toilet paper in the bathroom. worst subway by far. food wasn’t fresh or good
