I was traveling from Florida to NY got gas at the station. Ni had my shih-tzu and brought her in with me. I saw through the window nobody else was in there. One nice young man asked if she was a service dog I said she is. A minute later, an older man came out, pointed to my dog, then snapped “that dog can’t be here”. Shocked,I took her out. My friend, who was getting us sandwiches said the young man told the other that he shouldn’t have done that. If I was alone, subway would have lost a customer. Because my friend was with me, they didn’t.
