Have always ordered take out from this location for years. The food is always ready in a timely fashion, no matter how large of an order I place. Even on Superbowl Sunday they were able to get my order of chicken wings done very quickly. It always taste great, my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area.

A+ scored a perfect 100. If you are craving fried rice, look no further. Loaded with pork, and cooked to perfection. Soft, moist, and jammed packed with flavor. Their shrimp fried rice is as close to heaven on earth as you can get. Mongolian beef is as perfect as it can get with right amount of spicy, and flavor. Everything you love about Chinese food is amplified from this place. Only regret is I live to far for delivery.

We have been ordering from Great Wall for several years. I have never had an incorrect order, the food is always what you expect from take out Chinese, delivery is always timely. Employees are always friendly. We order wings, ramen, sesame chicken, beef and veggies. It’s always good!

Our household orders from here often. Most days it’s a pleasant experience. If something is ever missing or wrong with our order it’s usually fixed without too much of a hassle. However tonight was different, I received an order of sesame chicken without any sauce/glaze. I dumped out the chicken and rice onto a plate to find that my sauce hadn’t settled to the bottom of the container either. Usually the sauce glazes the chicken and theres more than enough to mix in with the rice. I called and the owner suggested that the chicken “soaked up the sauce”. Then offered to send the driver back out with a cup of sauce. A cup of sauce.. after I waited pver 30 minutes for the order to arrive. Then another 15-20minutes waiting on a cup of sauce. I have worked in fast food for nearly all of my work experience and we remake food without hesitation or issues. That’s how you keep loyal customers. I even sent back the chicken and rice and showed the delivery driver.

Love this place. Only a few chinese delivery places around and Great Wall is by far the best. The food is good, they always get the order correct, and the delivery is fast. Price is average, but not expensive. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for chinese delivery in the Martinez area. Have not actually visited in person or done take up but I’d like to assume it’d be a similar story. Staff is always polite and patient.

I received an order, a wrong order… paid, tipped.. called to try and make things right although it was not my fault, spoke to the owner and he did not even try to resolve my issue. DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO SEAFOOD. He did not care. I ended up having to take the order back to the store, on top of that the owner, a very nasty, disgusting man told me not to call them anymore. People all I’m saying is consider who you give your money to. I am now a happy customer of Hunan across the street. No worries on my part. Their loss. OH TO ADD!!! THE DELIVERY KID WAS GREAT. They tried to blame him but it sincerely wasn’t his fault. He did try to help me and was extremely positive. Too good to work for these people.

I have worked here for almost 3 years now alongside my brother and a few close friends, while all of us are college students attending schools locally. It would be completely bias for me to say our food is the best around, but I can tell you that I have not once have felt tired of our food at all through my 3 years and counting. 5 out of the 7 days I eat at least one meal here.

We ordered food from here, and everything was fine besides the staple I bit down into in the Kung Pao chicken. We called to let them know what had happened, but were basically informed that it was our fault there was a staple in the food. If you eat here, just look out for the staples.
