was in Denver for a work trip and met my brother and his family at Great Divide Brewery for dinner. I’d been there before for drinks after work, but this was my first time ordering from the main menu. I went with the fish and chips, adding a side of their Korean hot wing sauce for dipping fries. For drinks, I kept it light with the Samurai Rice Lager. The night before, I’d tried their saison, Collette, during a drinks outing—both beers were solid and true to their styles.
The fish and chips came out looking great: three big, crispy pieces of fish and nicely crisp fries. The Korean wing sauce was a letdown—too oily and watery to stick to the fries—but it ended up being a nice surprise as a dip for one piece of fish, offering a fun twist alongside the usual malt vinegar and tartar sauce. Not the best fish and chips I’ve had (that’s Fish n Whistle in Maine), but these were solid, and I’d order them again.

Peach Sriracha wings had great flavor. Needs a little more zing for my liking, but I like hot stuff. Beers on tap were very good. Modern yet warm atmosphere. Kyle behind the bar was top notch.

My first visit to the Lone Tree Great Divide Brewing Company was absolutely fantastic. The food and staff were exceptional from start to finish. My daughter ordered the cheese pizza and enthusiastically rated it “100/10” — which says everything. Our waiter even brought Chef Julia out so my daughter could tell her personally, and it truly made the experience memorable. Every dish we ordered was delicious, with elevated, high-end flavors. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

Great Divide has become like “cheers “for our family! Our mom has been a loyal customer since the doors opened and enjoys a great brunch or lunch with friends and family! We’ve gotten to know Will the manager, who is outstanding at what he does! Food was of good quality, I got the chicken fajitas and my husband got a burger. Drinks were good! Atmosphere was fun, fairly dark but some good tvs and lights. Window/booth seats are the best. Service took a while to both start an order and receive our order, but it was worth the wait!
