Bustling destination with an informal ambiance offering hearty comfort classics, plus craft beer.

I got the chicken fajitas. Everything was great except the chicken. Not seared, no seasoning, almost like it was boiled. The onions and peppers were barely cooked and pretty crunchy. The Pico had no heat but was tasty, and the rice was fantastic.
Others got the salmon and the fish and chips, and they said they were both good. However, they only serve the salmon cooked medium and it was dry.
Our server – well – she was adequate. Not overly friendly, forgot requested condiments, and there was about 5 minutes between the time the first and last plates were brought to the table.
The guy at the next table over had a ribeye, and it looked amazing. Might try that if we ever go back.
The atmosphere is fantastic and that’s really what you are paying for here. Great place for date night if you don’t need quiet surroundings.

We thought this restaurant was really nice. You can see into the kitchen which is always cool. Our server, Rose, was wonderful and knowledgeable about gluten free options which they have a lot of but mistakenly they are not marked on the menu. Their fried chicken platters are completely gluten free! They use a separate fryer only for the fried chicken. They also offer a gluten free beer. The Nashville hot fried chicken (you can choose reg, Nashville, or Korean spice level) was amazing; it had the perfect amount of spice. It’s rare to find fried chicken that is gluten free, and you’d never know it is gluten free.

An awesome spot with a great mix of craft beer, comfort food, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The space is beautiful—modern industrial vibes with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a big covered patio that overlooks a quiet creek. It feels equally perfect for a casual dinner, date night, or weekend brunch with the family.
The beer selection is top-notch, with a rotating lineup of Great Divide’s classics and small-batch brews made right on-site. I tried a flight and loved the Tangerine IPA and the mango hard seltzer—super refreshing. They also have a full bar if beer’s not your thing.
Service was friendly and fast, even with a packed dining room. Our server was super knowledgeable about the beers and made great food recommendations. The patio is definitely a highlight—big fans, party lights, and fire features make it super cozy in any season. Great for groups or just relaxing with a drink.
There’s a full kids’ menu too, so it’s a solid pick for families. Prices are mid-range—not cheap, but definitely fair for the quality and vibe. Parking was easy with a lot right out front. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. This place has quickly become one of my go-to spots in Castle Rock. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving good food, great beer, and a cool setting.

Great Divide has a variety of different cuisines on their menu. From Greek to Mexican to Pizza, and they are all prepared well and taste well enough. We started with their chips, salsa, and guacamole. The chips were house made, airy and crisp. My mother selected the Margherita pizza: it came out on a wooden platter and tasted delicious. My wife went with their chicken gyro, and the portions size was ample, but she stated the flavor was mediocre. I ordered the blackened fish tacos and was happy with the taste and composition but wished there was more crema on top. Overall, it was a solid showing for lunch at a brewery. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was decent. Drink refills were timely, and our waitress was friendly. We had a good time.

Really enjoyed this place. I wanted to see something different but not too far off the interstate 25 and this was definitely a good choice there’s not a lot to choose from but easily able to pick something for anyone. Breakfast was also being served up until 3 PM I think everyday. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable there was a variety of different seating options that included a bar. There was a fire pit outside before entering along with additional seating for when the line is longer. The waitress was very friendly and tried to keep us taking care of at all times. On this day I think they were not quite prepared for the amount of people that were coming in all day. We ate about 2: PM and it was pretty busy only a couple of booths were open so our waitress seemed to be the only person who was helping (not sure she was the only person who I saw outside of the hostesses and kitchen runner) but she was amazing kept our drinks refilling and food was very quick to the table. I had no complaints about the food. It was really amazing food and large portions. It is a little more expensive but worth it. I would recommend going there. The only downside is that the parking was horrible it took over 20-25 minutes to find parking and ended up having to park in a parking garage about a block behind the area. Very limited parking in the front of the building. This is probably due to the town being a small area and it is kind of designed to walk around to different places.

Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse is a decent spot for a casual bite. The atmosphere was lively and packed when we went, and the staff was friendly. The food is pretty standard pub fare – burgers, sandwiches, that kind of thing. Nothing too fancy, but it hits the spot. My friend ordered a drink for me, but when it came I realized it had crushed mint in it and I don’t like crushed mint. So I sent it back and they gave me a new one without the mint. The cornbread wasn’t great either. The service was a little slow, which is understandable since it was super busy. And the prices were a bit on the high side for what you get. Overall, it’s a decent place. I’d probably go back if I was in the area, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Very very loud,a constant 75db plus on the DB meter. We called ahead for reservations on a Friday night. Food took 40 minutes to come out. Service otherwise was pretty good. Limited menu, snd all was quite tasty. Sound panels and dividers hung from the ceiling would go a long way to get that volume down!

I ordered the lightly hopped Amber ale described on the menu as lightly hopped to go with my dinner. I think this newer generation of beer makers don’t know what lightly hopped means anymore. What happened to the nutty red ale that is slightly sweet? Not unlike a Bass Ale? Or a Killian’s Irish? New Castle Brown?
Everything these days seems to be over-hopped. I used to be a beer snob, but since the hops (IPAs) came on the scene, I have had to move to simply Coors light.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is top notch. We will be going again, however, I am somewhat disappointed in the beer choices. Even worse, are those breweries that only have their beer available. I was happy to have a back up.
We ordered two appetizers, the Bolognese, the French dip, the French onion soup, and the kids pizza. The food was great. You will not be disappointed in the food choices, the portions, nor the quality.
The huge booth was a big hit with the family.

9/19: updated: ordered take out tonight, as we do like the food and want to support local. Fish and chips ordered, we got the fish no chips. I ordered a bigger and fries which were
Way way too salty. Also tried the green chili which also was way too salty. Very inconsistent. I would say try to eat in restaurants but would not recommend for take out ever
Ordered a chicken pot pie tonight it was delivered with no gravey just pastry and vegetables disappointed

We wanted to try this restaurant since the Lone Tree location was fantastic. We were immediately seated at a table in a pretty empty restaurant. It was bright and shining outside but inside, it was darker than the other location. I imagine the vats and barrels prevented some of the sunshine from shining through.
We ordered the Short Rib Enchiladas and split the Blackened Fish Tacos. Both were delicious with unique flavors.
LeAnn kept our drinks full and provided great service.
