This place is completely disgusting. I ordered a 2 firey royal crispy wrap combo, which is usually my favorite thing there, and what I received was absolutely horrific. It was completely drenched in gross smelling red oil, to the point that it was leaking out of the wrapping, and the meat itself was stringy, chewy, and tasted rancid. I spit out the single bit I attempted to take. The fries were somehow both warm and stale at the same time. Only consumable thing I got was the soda.
I attempted to get a refund for this abomination and Burger King says they don’t do refunds only reward points. Why would I want reward points? I’m not going back to Burger King. The food they served me was nothing short of an insult. The employee absolutely knew they were serving literal garbage to their customers and chose to do so anyways. I will never go back there and I can’t seem to get my money back either.
Burger King should be ashamed of themselves on every level for this nonsense.

I visited this burger king for breakfast. I’m trying to preserve my health. So instinctively I had a tough time even eating fast food. So it took me a little bit more time to order. So I ordered hash browns in a biscuit. Normally I walk 4 to 5 mi in the morning time so my attire was as follows: black do-rag, black hoodie, and black Adidas. I asked for water. I decided to dine in. Moments later a lady named TT confronting me while I was sitting at my table. She said that some lady in the back had me on camera pouring out water and getting Sprite instead. Being that we’re both of the ethnic group I kindly ask her to let me see the video all that me confront my accuser face to face. She declined both options and she never even offered an apology. She is a bold-faced liar! I never even had a chance to talk to the person that she’s allegedly said saw me. The funny thing is I don’t even drink soda lol. I think she should be fired immediately because if she can both face lie to a customer she can absolutely lie to her employer or maybe she’s just a thief.

We haven’t been here in years, because of horrible customer service.
We decided to give it another try after meeting a guy named Chad who seem to be excited about working there, and to our surprise the building was like new, the crew seemed to be working in sync, the wait wasn’t long, the food was fresh and there were smiling faces all over.
We had the opportunity to meet with the manager (GARY) and told him of our past experiences and how our resent visit differed….Great job Gary on turning this Burger King around.
I left 4 stars because of that one tall guy with the low hair cut and brown BK shirt on was giving a customer a bit of unnecessary attitude while we were standing in line.

This location was clearly overwhelmed and short-staffed when we came through. They were very busy and the order process was slow. When we got to the window the manager apologized sincerely, and was clearly doing his best to facilitate orders. Despite his efforts, when we got home we realized we had the wrong order.
When I returned the manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He refunded the order, corrected everything, and was genuinely apologetic and professional the entire time. It was obvious he was doing his best in a tough situation and taking responsibility for issues that weren’t entirely under his control.
Mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled, and this manager absolutely handled it right. I hope corporate recognizes the effort he’s putting in during staffing shortages.

The food was hot and fresh. The cashier and person taken our order acted like it was a chore for her. Rude at the speaker, rude at the window. Also had to give back a drink because it was wrong. Asked for sweet tea and got two Cokes. When giving it back and told her it wasn’t “sweet” tea and asked for Sweet Tea got unsweet and an attitude.

One of the absolute worst locations I’ve been to. The ABSOLUTE worst. It’s so painstakingly annoying to even think about this location and makes the Rivers Avenue location look like the entrance to heaven, which it ain’t either. Stood inside for, at minimum, 20 minutes with no acknowledgement for a mobile order I placed, at least, 30 minutes before that, while the people standing in line was being taken care of. There was some kind of potluck or Christmas party. Not sure. It’s one of those things where the store should be closed for it. Not everyone has time to wait an hour just to get some form of acknowledgement. I stormed out and went to the drive thru and the drive thru isn’t any better. This is a place you’d go to if you want to actually be miserable and find enjoyment in it. I wish I was overreacting. I haven’t even gotten my food yet as of writing this and I almost don’t even want it anymore. At least the food was good in the past.
