Amazing hotpot experience!
The offerings were extensive and fresh!
Drinks included, including some alcohol.
We are clean freaks and the place was exceptionally clean! It’s newly renovated!
They have several karaoke rooms.
The staff were kind and helpful! Especially Rachel and Winnie. Winnie was so sweet to my granddaughter.
I’m already planning my next visit!

We went back to Grand Hot Pot this past Friday 2/28/26 as soon as they opened.
The experience was a little different. Two men were working the dining room area. Our waiter was nice, but not as attentive as the ladies. Our appetizers took a long time and when they arrived, we only got one tempura shrimp and one pot sticker each. We had to ask three times and only received three shrimp each. That was disappointing. Other than that, the food is still very fresh and good.

I’ve been to the Grand Hot Pot Lounge in SF and I believe it is the same branch. All you can eat hot pot, honey walnut shrimp, crab won tons, unlimited drinks, ice cream, beer and karaoke rooms you can rent. I came here for a private party in their large room and I think it’s a little harder since the tables are larger and leaning over compared to smaller tables but the food is still really good and service is good too. Their meats, veggies, seafood variety. You can have 2 different soup bases. In the main area you can get your own rice and make your own sauces and drinks.
Huge venue space, located in a shopping plaza on a Saturday night it was pretty busy and parking was full. Highly recommend for groups and families!

This place is amazing! The food is fresh and so delicious, the broths were very flavorful. You pick from different tiers. Each tier has a variety of foods for your hotpot and appetizers to choose from. We rented out a karaoke room for my birthday and it enhanced our experience even more! Having a private room with friends and a hotpot table created an unforgettable time. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Drinks are also included with your meals along with a condiments bar and rice station. 10/10 recommend and I will for sure be revisiting. (Blurred video for privacy of friends)

i ordered from the tier A and it was more than enough food to choose from. They have a variety of fried foods and the meats and vegetables to choose from. The tomato hotpot is good and flavorful and so is the house satay. It’s worth going here for AYCE and they have a variety of drinks you go get yourself. Ice cream is self served at the front by the door!

Grand Hotpot Lounge is a must for any occasion! Fresh sashimi (hamachi, salmon, scallops, salmon roe) was amazing, and the fried abalones & oysters were next-level. The hotpot menu is endless—jumbo tiger prawns, silky frog legs, duck blood jelly, tender beef tongue, and so much more. Broths? Full of flavor. Drinks? Sparkling sake and house soju = dangerous (in a good way ).
It’s also a lounge, so bring friends or family, eat, drink, sing karaoke, and celebrate right. Definitely go—and tell them Christine sent you!

I highly recommend this place. This place has become a fast favorite. On my first visit, we were greeted and was even given a tour of the many karaoke rooms the offer. Even got to test out the system and got to sing happy birthday. The all you can eat features the offer are great. Ask details, and you’ll be amazed.

Food is good. Service/staff is impeccable. Recommend calling to reserve ahead of time especially for big groups that want to karaoke. We like the Tier B package because not everyone loves the delicacies offered—it comes with everything in Tier A & B. It is all you can eat and drink. You get a 3-hour karaoke room reservation and within the 3-hours, 90 minutes to eat/drink.

This place was much more then just a restaurant, but a total experience! I came here for a birthday lunch with a group of 5, they were happy to re-seat us after feeling like the booth was a little too cramped. First off, everything is sharp and clean! The way it’s styled and decorated was super sleek and modern. They offer rooms for karaoke which reminded me of an adult Chuck- e- cheese, in a good way! It’s not easy to find rooms for small Partys anymore! The only thing that I would like liked, ( and maybe they had this and I just missed it) but the sauce bar was way too complicated for someone like me who doesn’t like her flavors. I would have liked to see a couple premade sauce options. I would say as a first timer, it takes a little while to get into the swing of things, but once you get going, it’s very explorative! I was surprised at how good the corn of the cob came out. All the meats were great and Plentiful, really no shortage of portion sizing. We went with the premium package and really could not complain! The spicy broth was not kidding, even people in my group who don’t usually get bothered by heat, they agreed that it was hot! The ice cream bar was kind of lacking, they had about 6 flavors, but it just wasn’t that tasty. It was nice to have something cold to cleanse the palate afterward though. Ok, lastly.. the bathrooms! It was like a nightclub! Loved it!
