The cappuccino is terrible. It is syrupy sweet and too thick. The flavor is off. It tastes like they took hot chocolate and reduced it into the soupy consistency and then added a ton of sugar and a teaspoon of Folgers coffee. The worst. By comparison, the mega saver has a flavored coffee machine as well. But when you make your selection and press the button, there’s a two or three minute delay while the machine actually brews a fresh cup of coffee. At MegaSaver the coffee itself is delicious and the flavorings the machine adds are perfect and the cappuccino at MegaSaver gas station is half the price of Casey’s! I thought I would give Casey’s a try but they failed. I’m going to go back to mega saver next time.

Went through the car wash there twice. Noticed scratches afterwards the first time. Thought that someone side swiped me before the car wash and I didn’t notice because of the dirt.
Went through a second time and found scratches on my hood afterwards which I know were not there before.
Beware of their car wash unless you don’t care about your paint!

3rd day in a row this week there is no breakfast food out by 7am.
Seems like a silly thing to complain about out, but when you stop in in a hurry and there’s no food, it’s a complete waste of time.
Edit* 6/8/24- Decided to give it another shot- Nope. Still nothing. I used to come here every single morning. I don’t even bother now. The kid they’ve got working back there looks lost and there is NEVER any food on the racks in the morning.
$10 says a Manager doesn’t respond and fix this issue in the next week.
*Edit 6/10/24- 7am and no breakfast food out. People walking in and out of the place.
Just another day at this Casey’s I guess. I drive 5 min down the road to the next one and they always have fresh food out in the morning.
I had to test it. Just wanted to see if this place would start living up to its old standards again. I guess not. No Chance on earth I’ll waste another 5 minutes on this place another morning. I’ve been an ultra loyal customer here. Never again.

Picked up a hamburger mushroom pizza and wings with bbq sauce. Got home to find a hamburger yellow pepper pizza. The sauce was red and spicy. Disappointed!
Combination pizza was greasy on the bottom and a little too much salt. I was there on time for the pickup. I wanted two wing dips but the computer voice only gave me one.

I called 2 times I a row, was on hold for 25 min the first time, 15 minutes the second time. How can there be no one to answer the phone for 40 min straight? It’s crazy I was tryin to buy $300 worth of pizza!
