Located inside grand center, nice place serving some good authentic Punjabi cuisine. Food tasted good and made fresh on order. We tried their paneer pakora which was very soft inside and coated with nice seasoned batter,Chole bhature where bature were soft and chole were not black colored ( how you get in Punjab or Delhi side) but very tasty gravy of onion and tomato, Kadhi pakora came with rice that too was very nice.
Overall a nice place if around this place and want to try some authentic Punjabi cuisine.

Tried Achari Paneer Tikka, Saag Paneer, Malai Kofta, Onion Kulcha, and Garlic Naan, Bullet Naan Everything is freshly made and tastes really good. Will definitely visit again.

Grand Dhaba is a hidden gem in Dallas (Plano area)! You have to visit whenever you’re in town because there is finally a place with authentic indian flavors. Trust me I have tried many places throughout Texas and it is hard to find authentic food with a great spice kick as well. You can tell everything is made fresh and the chef puts his full passion into!
I have tried the Amn Papad Drink, Mango Lassi, Mixed Kebab Platter, Chili Chicken, Butter Chicken, and Paneer Tikka Masala. Every single one delivers great flavor! The paneer is fantastic and homemade type flavor. I highly recommend the lamb kebabs as well as it was very tender and marinated well.
For desserts, the kulfi and gulab jamun are great too. I am very glad they decided to open this restaurant and excited to see what the future holds for them!

This place has awesome food! Very tasty and delicious! Their veg platter appetizer plate was extremely good! We had garlic butter naan, malai kofta and kadhi pakoda.
I didn’t like the kulfi-falooda.
Service was ok. There was just one other group apart from us. The waiter didn’t even get water. There was a jug with one-fourth water in it and when we asked, he just said there is water in the jug! He didn’t bother to check or refill.

The restaurant is huge. I went here with my friend, and they have several lunch combo options. As a vegan, I picked their vegetarian combo but avoided the dairy items, so just one choice. I wish they can also have a vegan dessert or include more vegan items in combo. But my friend who eats meat, seems to have really liked the food and ambience

Food is not at all Punjabi flavor. Buffet did not have saag or paratha as the reviews described. Owner gets defensive when given genuine feedback. Ratings were high so we drove 40 minutes one way just to get the experience. But looks like they must have been all fake ratings . You can hear noises from activity next door, so it is not a peaceful place. We heard performance from next door the entire time. Only good thing was that they served bhaturey in buffet. Not worth the $. Never going again here.

Gagan is a fantastic person! He was attentive and helpful with my order. I got the normal samosa, garlic naan and rogan josh(extra spicy). Everything was amazing! The samosas came with a spicy green sauce and a nice sweet tangy red sauce. Loved every bite! Thanks again Gagan! I will be back

Very disappointing experience at Grand Dhaba Plano. We ordered Chole Kulche, and the food was extremely bad. The taste was off and it did not seem fresh at all. We barely ate a few bites and had to leave the rest because it was not edible.
When we politely spoke to the staff about it, they were not ready to accept any fault. No apology, no effort to fix the issue. Even though we left the food almost untouched, they still charged us the full amount including tax. That is unacceptable customer service.
Also, the high ratings online are very surprising. When we were there, the restaurant was completely empty, which makes us question how genuine some of the reviews are.
Very poor food quality and zero accountability. Definitely not coming back.
