I hadn’t been here in quite a while. I left very impressed with the value & customer service. For under $10 a delicious meal with bread sticks can be had, that breaks the burger / fries grind. The cashier & food busser were extremely kind, too. Delish!

This was my first visit. Will not be going back. Servers were nice but the place was super dirty, dirty dishes everywhere. No one picked up dishes the whole time we were there. food was just bland. Also probably 80 degrees in side.

It had been YEARS since I last visited Fazoli’s — and I’m so glad I came back! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The staff truly made the experience feel special. The food was just as delicious as I remembered — warm, comforting, and full of flavor. And the prices? You really can’t beat them for the quality you get. It was the perfect experience all around. I’ll definitely be back soon! 🙂

This was the absolute worst experience I have had there. It took 8 minutes for someone to bring our food that had been sitting on the warmer. The cook had to yell at the girls working to take the order out to us. There was maybe 4 people inside and no one in the drive through. Finally we got our food and our spicy ziti was completly wrong. We got up to grab silverware and there was none out. We asked one of the girls and she rolled her eyes and set out plastic ware and did not even tell us it was out. We go up about 5 minutes into eating and we see one of the workers scooping the Parmesan cheese into the containers. No gloves were used, and neither was a scoop. She put the container that had everyone’s hands on them into the entire bucket of Parmesan and screwed on the lid. As we were packing up our food we asked the cook if we could have a couple of extra breadsticks (because they are unlimited when you eat inside) and it proceeded with “your going to have to wait. I have a big catering order that I have to do first and then you will get your breadsticks”.
We waited for another 5-10 minutes to see if we could get them, and no one was around. We left unsatisfied, disappointed, and will not be back at this Fazolis.

Pizza was cooked the way I liked it and the wings were smothered/tossed in buffalo and garlic parmesan. The employee at the register was really sweet, love his smile! Prices for everything including drinks were $35

I came in just last week with my autistic daughter and Keliseya took our order, brought our food out for some reason he clinged on to her which is really rare and I instantly got scared because in the world some people can’t handle or be bothered with autistic children but she helped me with him as if it was her job she made us both feel welcome and her smile can light up a room lol. This was my first time eating at Fazoli’s and I can say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with dealing with restaurants/ fast food places. Thank you!

I used the kiosk, which was very confusing. The Make It a Meal sounded like it would be substantial, but it was only a very small piece of pizza and a small drink. The cheese on the pizza was very skimpy and disappointing, especially compared to online pictures. The first picture is my slice. The second is from their website. The unsweet ice tea tasted disgusting. Maybe they use instant with lemon mixed in???? I dumped mine and drank water. Such a waste for over $5 after a tip. The portion size is appropriate for a kid’s meal.
The service was perfect, especially since we were a large group. I was the only one with pizza, so it’s not like they were rushed. There were very few people there besides my group of about 8 people.
Update: As you can read below, the owner offered to make it up to me. I emailed the owner with no response. Not surprised.
