There are a lot of places to grab a beef. The atmosphere is bright clean and fresh. Staff door to door was so friendly and helpful. Went and got us fresh brewed iced tea and threw away our trash while we chatted. Will be my go to in the burbs!

The service staff were ALL wonderful. The food was fresh and AMAZING! We had 2 pepperoni pizzas, Italian beef sandwich (dipped with pepper jack cheese and side of giardinara), meatball sandwich (with mozzarella), rigatoni with Italian sausage, and the absolute best strawberry shake I’ve ever had. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL! Sorry the pics aren’t complete, but i started eating before remembering to take pics. Will definitely be back to this same location when I return to area on business in 2 weeks. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT BUONA BEEF! We appreciate you and everything you do.

I ordered on the app, which is user-friendly, picked up via the drive-thru. I asked the guy working the window to make sure all my salad dressing was in the bag -he did, three dressings weren’t there, I saw a girl bring it to him and he put them in the bag. He handed me the bags and he was very pleasant. Only thing to watch for is extras like salad dressing and BBQ sauce, etc., they are often forgotten/overlooked and they are not free. I wonder if it’s a visibility issue in their system. Either way I remind them and all is good. It’s when I don’t to remind them…

I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years now. I’d say I go every other week on average for lunch during my work week. I’ve never had an issues aside from the typical pull around and wait for your order. However, today the vibe felt different and the experience definitely was. I paid, rounded up my change to help against Autism. The younger guy I hadn’t seen before just had me stay at the window. After a few minutes another younger kid I’ve never seen before came to the window and was like can I help you? I said just waiting on my order as already paid as he had a weird attitude. Then they gave me a number to pull around, so a little disorganized. I got my order finally after waiting around the corner. When I got back to work I pul a long white maybe blonde hair in my burger. I tossed my burger out. I then focused on my cheese fries and couldn’t believe I found the same type of hair!!! Are you serious!?! Where’s the hygiene and hairnets?!? I wasted $15 and my time for nothing! I will never go back to this location as absolutely disgusting and just the vibe I got before that as a customer. Either this was purposely done or there’s a serious hygiene issue. Either way, I won’t waste my money or time again at this location.

My experience at Buona in Countryside was a 10/10!!!The food was delicious, on time, and was just what i wanted!! Shout out to Jose, the team member that assisted me that day! He brought the order out to my car without hesitation, I didnt have to ask– and mind you tge weather was not great that day! Will definitely use Buona Countryside location for my future catering needs!!!

I have been to the Countryside location about 10 times on my way to work. My orders have always been correct and the food is always great. Usually I am in a hurry and I rarely notice anything about the service. Last Friday I did notice. Jose was very kind and patient with me when I was fumbling thru my purse to pay. I was very flustered. Jose remained calm, smiled and spoke in a reassuring tone.

The food was good. But my 5 star review here is for Nanette. She was the cashier when I visited and she was so friendly and hospitable. She greeted everyone as if she knew them personally. If every place had a Nanette the world would be a much better place.

I got the Monday Burger n fries special which was delicious. This location has shown significant improvement with pick up order time. They use to struggle with orders well after the pandemic. This is the second order that’s been ready so quickly. Thanks for the 5 star customer care Buona!
