Gran Forno Bakery is a traditional Italian rustic bakery on Las Olas Blvd – a favorite of locals and tourists alike for almost 20 years.
This open-air bakery is famous for a variety of artisanal breads including ciabatta, sourdough, multigrain, focaccia, pumpernickel, and their signature fennel raisin bread. Good latte and quiches. The almond croissant was yummy too. I would recommend this spot. The service and smiles are awesome. I am so grateful to have come to this place. The orange juice is out of this world. I would definitely come again.

We popped in for a mid morning snack, ordering coffees and croissants. The coffee was served in a proper mug which was nice and hot, and the strawberry and cheese croissant was one of the best I have had in a long while. We also had a really good iced coffee and chocolate croissant which was equally excellent.

Great family-run bakery! I love trying a variety of their baked goods and coffees. The staff are always amazing and so polite. They insisted on heating ip my chocolate tart for me and it was great. I haven’t had a sub-par anything yet. Their brownies are super rich and everything is well cooked. I highly recommend stopping here if you want a little bit of Italy.

Best Place for Bread in Fort Lauderdale! Other things look enticing, but I have learned for the third time that they are not the same quality as the bread. Bought a “stromboli” or stuffed bread and did not meet my expectations. The bread was great, the stuffing was slim to none. I have been disappointed before with their blueberry cake and muffins, too. There has not been a lot of ingredients added to these pastries including the stuffed bread. Ending on a positive note: the cookies are good and the bread is the best.
