The restaurant was dirty and the tables had not been cleaned. We were one of 4 couples there and dirty tables sat with dishes for 30+ minutes. I found this dead bug in my salad and now I really question the cleanliness of the environment in which my food was prepared. This was a disappointing experience and I will no longer be returning to this location. I would not waste your time or money at this Monicals location.

Our experience was more of a self-served dine-in pizza joint. Didn’t feel obligated to tip for the table service as we had to get up to go to soda fountain for refills and get out own Togo boxes although I wasn’t sure if that was their process.

On 5/28/2023, Memorial Day weekend, we decided to stop in for some food. We knew it didn’t look good for us when there were no empty parking spots. After we found a somewhat questionable parking spot, I went inside to scope out our chances of finding a table. Not so good. Every table was full, the line to order was long and the place was absolutely packed. We really wanted our Monical’s fix. We rarely get it as we live an hour away. We decided to get our pizzas to go and we even ordered extra pizzas for later. So I make my rather large order to go, and then I stand back to wait. As I’m waiting, I’m watching everything around me. I am so impressed with how all the employees handled the absolute chaos. Not a single person was rude, everyone worked well together, and I received my food very quickly. Everything was still clean and stocked. When I got out to the truck we instantly dove into the food and it is DELICIOUS as always. So awesome job, Centralia Monical’s. We were already huge fans but now I love you even more.

First, I was raised eating Monicals, however, we moved to NC where unfortunately we don’t have Monicals, so we were looking forward to dinner and drove 2 hours out of our way. That said, this was awful! From ordering at the counter, the salad and dressing changes to the dirty floors and tables! Very very disappointed after prepaying AND tipping. Not one person came to see if everything was ok or to bring extra napkins…. Top that off with 4-5 employees standing in the back unconcerned about the filth. Will never return to this Monicals

I went to the website to place an order spent much time placing the order. I was offered a free pizza on the app for doing a first time Contact free delivery so I called up there to ask them not to put basil on the cheese pizza and they told me. I don’t have a free cheese pizza coming because that is a corporate thing and they don’t participate so I canceled my order and called domino’s because. They’re stores honor their website cut coupons.
