I love coming to Grain and Berry. It’s my favorite spot for eating more healthier. The atmosphere is awesome because Isaiah always serves me with excellent customer service. He always goes over and above. He remembers his customers and represents G&B with such a spirit of excellent and customer centric. I usually come here everyday on break for a smoothie. Most times it’s good. But when certain employees work, I notice the taste is not good at all. That’s a pattern I’ve noticed for sometime now. It should taste the same every time. Today I finally mentioned this to two employees, the lady fixed it but not sure if she was happy about redoing it. But they got it right the 2nd time, all I need is consistency.

We recently brought our son Liam into Grain and Berry after starting him on solid foods, and let’s just say… it turned into a full-blown açaí crime scene (in the best way possible).
The staff was AMAZING. Not only were they kind and welcoming, but they actually split my açaí bowl and loaded up a fruit portion just for him like tiny royalty. Who does that?! Absolute legends.
Within minutes, Liam went from “curious diner” to “feral berry monster” — face, hands, cheeks, possibly eyebrows… all covered. He looked like he fought the bowl and won. The team just laughed with us instead of giving the usual side-eye you get when a baby is redecorating himself with purple mush.
As a parent, that level of patience and accommodation means everything. As a customer, the bowl was fresh, delicious, and clearly baby-approved (which is the harshest food critic on earth).
10/10 experience. Great food, even better staff, and now we have a photo of our son looking like he lost a wrestling match with an açaí bowl. We will absolutely be back… with wipes.

I really wish they would listen to the customers as they are placing their orders and understand what the customer is asking if there are options then be open to what the customer it’s ask a duty food constraints and not get upset with the customer. There is only one employee that works at the cash register that actually listens and provides plain what I asked for every time I come to place an order.But I do believe this will be the last time. The food is great, but their service is not so great.I really wish they would do better.It would really help them out.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The service was very slow and the staff were not particularly polite. I ordered a wrap that had very little meat in it, which was disappointing. Considering the portion and overall experience, the price felt much higher than what was actually received.
