Extremely rude service. I greeted the cashier and went to ask for the online order I placed, since it was taking a long time. She didn’t even replied my hello and just said they had it. I asked for my beverage and she gave it to me not saying a word.

I ordered our food online, and I went to pick it up. I was pleased to find that there are several options to add on, like the pepper jack & Swiss cheeses, jalapeños, and guacamole! I added all 4 to my Beyond Burger, and it was delicious! The fried zucchini was still warm when I got home, and I devoured them! I will definitely be going back!

Carl’s Jr. is my favorite fast food restaurant. It offers so much variety in the menu. They have several medium-level specialty burgers, along with great chicken strips, salads, as well as a value menu. My favorite burger is their $6 burger– which is the best burger among fast food burger chains. Lastly, they offer a good choice of desserts. If you’re hungry and don’t want a bland tasteless burger, Carl’s Jr. is a great option!! 🙂

I ordered on line for delivery because I feel sick go go pick it up in person. I received my order and it was wrong I was missing stuff. I tried calling the store many times. Leaving messages and everything. I even send out emails but no answer. This is the worst service I have gotten so far. I don’t recommend you ordering on line for delivery. If I could I would pick 0 stars.

I don’t like to give any negative comments to any Resturant but this one I think is petty. Although I purchased breakfast which was okay I didn’t count on sitting in front of the store and having to be asked to move. In observing the store for awhile I could not understand why I needed to move because the whole time I was there they weren’t busy. I didn’t see a line to the road and people fighting for a parking spot. They do have signs that say not to park in their lot but it looks like they are talking about the lot on the side of the store. I know it’s their property and I understand but sitting in their lot eating and letting my food digest with plenty of places to park I felt was more of someone saying look what I can do with the power I got. I’m not a resident of el paso and I would have liked my visit to be more positive. Now that I think of it I’m scared now to leave my vehicle and go in to get any food they might tow my vehicle while I’m ordering. Well hope you enjoy it cause I don’t need food from a place like this.
