The place was too cold.
The food got cold fast.
The chicken tenders were hard and overcooked, my hamburger had very dry and overcooked meat, and also a lot of mayonnaise.

Walked in to place an order stood there for 15 minutes at the counter worker looking at me so they know I’m there , if they were busy I would understand but they were doing absolutely nothing but playing on there phone so I just walked out , customer service was absolutely ZERO.

I ordered a Santa Fe chicken sandwich and I got a chicken sandwich on sliced white bread, not a wheat bun like it’s supposed to come with and they left out the hatch chili. My mom went to go ask for one and it was cold, so I didn’t even use it in my sandwich. This was THEE WORST Carls Jr experience ever.

The customer service was absolutely amazing, we grabbed a quick bite after a long day. It was pretty late at night entering the drive-thru, but Eden was taking our order. They were very professional, kind and patient when taking our order. I would give their service a 10/10, many places you can’t get that for it being that late at night. What a great experience!!!

Carl’s Jr. is my favorite fast food restaurant. It offers so much variety in the menu. They have several medium-level specialty burgers, along with great chicken strips, salads, as well as a value menu. My favorite burger is their $6 burger– which is the best burger among fast food burger chains. Lastly, they offer a good choice of desserts. If you’re hungry and don’t want a bland tasteless burger, Carl’s Jr. is a great option!! 🙂
