They use the freshest ingredients, make everything from scratch, and always serve with a smile. I drove 30 minutes with the kiddos to have lunch with my husband here. He raves about this food truck and their delicious sandwiches which he enjoys on a weekly basis. Well I had to try for myself and they did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and delicious. Their sauces are amazing too. I will definitely be back for more!

Delicious food! We are a fan of AJ’s sandwiches and they don’t disappoint! The tots are very crunchy and the bulldog sauce is fantastic! They are generous with the sauce sizes, as well. I got the vegetable wrap and has goat cheese. I’ll definitely be back.

Great food options and quick service. Got the blackened chicken sandwich and BBQ wings. The sauce is amazing too. I will def recommend if you want a quick bite and nice sandwich and burgers. This is the place to go.

Delicious!! Love this place! I can’t say enough about the food or the staff. AJ is a fabulous chef and his homemade dressings are outstanding and the portions are enough for two meals. Even the gluten free wrap doesn’t taste like cardboard! I highly recommend Gracie’s!
