I’m not an expert on jerk chicken, but this was some very well seasoned and tender chicken. Rice was fluffy and flavorful. Peppers and onions balanced it well. Roasted plantains were perfect.
Order came out fast, food was hot and fresh.
Only critique was that there was no one at the bar, though I did come at 6, so I probably just beat the crowd. I hope so, because this please deserves business!

I am a trucker and every place I stop I try to get Authentic Oxtails. I spent a total of $60 on UberEats for an Oxtail plate. The food came fast and was warm. After looking at the plate my disappointment set in. The taste test is what led me to leave a honest review. The Oxtails were as hard as the bone and barely any flavor or gravy. I was heated I had to throw the entire meal away. Most reviews raved about this place and the flavor, I am sad to say I did not have the same experience. The only good thing on the plate was the plantain. The cabbage had little to no flavor whatsoever!

I got the Trio platter with Curry chicken, jerk pork and oxtail. I haven’t ate here since they moved from their original location. The curry chicken was by far my favorite on the plate! In the future, I’d probably just get that. The plantains were good. The rice and beans don’t have much flavor, but it works with the sauces from the meat on top.

My family and I visited this restaurant during our trip to Pennsylvania. Overall, the food portions were generous and the food itself tasted good.
I also want to acknowledge that our waiter and the chef were very kind and professional. They handled the situation well and even apologized for the frustration during our pricing dispute, which we truly appreciated.
However, the main issue was with pricing transparency. The menu displayed one price for wine, but a higher price was charged at checkout. While a refund was offered, what we wanted was to be charged the price that was clearly listed on the menu. This issue could have been avoided if the menu prices were updated properly. It was frustrating to be told that the prices weren’t updated because of the cost to do so.
The staff did their best, but the responsibility ultimately falls on ownership to ensure accurate pricing for customers.

I told the owner I moved from New Jersey to Pennsylvania and I’m trying to find a good Jamaican spot. He told me he’s not worried about me. I will definitely be back to the restaurant. He did not lie that food was banging. The rice was on the money, I would travel my 35 minutes for this place

If you are old school and need a pic or description. Not the place to go.
Self ordering only.
I actually pestered the cook because what my husband wanted wasn’t on the self ordering. He wanted “Jerk” chicken. Only Curry and Stew were on the self ordering.
Cook said it was “Ok”
I ordered the “King fish” was told it was “Salmon” and I just wanted it as the menu said it came. Cook came out and asked me how I wanted it. I wanted it as the menu said it was. The cook seemed confused and asked me how I wanted it. I wanted it as the menu said it was?! I ended up just saying “Jerk is fine”
Never seen Salmon like this. Dry, over cooked
Never again…and it’s a shame.

I used to support Got Jerk before they transferred to this location. When they were at the gas station, their portions were bigger and food tasted better; they were 5 solid Google stars across the board! But now? Nope.
Also, I am not a fan with how overly sweet everything has become, cut down on the sugar!
Lastly, I understand everything getting expensive in this economy, but $30 for the oxtail plate that barely had any meat and rice? C’mon man…that’s criminal!
