Pizza Factory Steveston is a family-owned restaurant that has been serving the residents of Richmond since 2001. Since early spring 2016, the restaurant has been under new management and we are making some exciting changes that we hope you will love, including adding new items to our menu and, for the first time, offering pizza by the slice! Located in Steveston Village, we serve our delicious pizza made fresh in a wide variety of flavours with lots of fresh ingredients. Our hand-tossed dough is made fresh daily, and you can choose from original or thin crust for any pizza. Each pizza is made with 100% real mozzarella cheese and our own tomato sauce. Try traditional pizza, or with a twist…Punjabi Style or Bottom-Up Style!

I would definitely recommend this store to all of my friends if they’re craving for pizzas and want to have something different! They got lots of vegetarian options btw
The pizzas we ordered were amazing It’s not too salty or greasy but rich in texture and flavour. The tomato sauce might be light when you start a slice, but at the end you will have a tasty crunchy crust (they put more sauce here so it’s not dry!)
We simply enjoyed every single bite, I would say that’s one of the best pizza I’ve had Plus, the owner was very friendly too!

Now this is the best pizza in Richmond! Arrived hot! Was what i ordered! Full of flavour! Dough was light and fluffy, not dense! Cheese was browned! Even the samosa were good and not dry!

I ordered a takeout Lasagna with cheese, meat sauce and meatballs and the Lasagna for New Year’s Eve 2025 dinner and it tasted like a pizza sauce was layered in between the Lasagna and it tasted horrible and the noodles were not fully cooked. Don’t waste your money on the food here, maybe the pizza is better, but I doubt it.

Smelled SO good and the bread was divine.
Had the Butter Chicken and Taxi two large pizza combo. Called to order ahead, quoted 20 minutes, drove to Steveston just in time for pick up.
They have two tables for outside dining since it’s COVID.

For only $2.00, you can get a slice of pizza and be able to choose from several flavours they have on hand too. Pretty good pizza for the price, and they have extra cheese and hot pepper toppings if you want. Makes for a nice, fast, affordable, to go snack while you explore Steveston.

Wow! Pizza so good I could cry Really really delicious and well made! Generous amount of toppings and everything is so fresh. The vegan cheese/veggie options are great and plenty. Omg the veggie Hawaiian is killer! Excellent crust as well. Also the service is friendly and kind. Thank you for making the best pizza in the city!

I ordered a large pizza and I would say it was average and ok. I prefer a firm cooked crust with a little crunch instead of chewy crust. The flavor again was average. The staff are very friendly and great service.

We got Shahi paneer and butter chicken pizzas. What really sets Pizza Factory apart from all the other places that offer similar take on pizza is the sauce. While the crust is good and the toppings are fresh and generous, it’s the curry sauce that really elevates their pizzas. It’s savoury and spicy without overpowering the dish.
Can’t wait to try again with Punjabi style & bottom-up options!
