The calamari comes with fried banana peppers and onions, which is fun. I always get the mule with the fuel as a drink.
Shrimp quesadilla is good and cheesy – shrimp is plump and flavored well. I ordered the steak sandwich for myself, which came with a choice of a side. Sandwich came with a good amount of arugula and other toppings (pickled onions and bacon horseradish spread)
Food is average, but the views of the outside from the terrace is so nice.
Wings are breaded and the Thai chili sauce is really good! Garlic bread is fresh which is always more fun.

I have been going to the Red Oak Grille in the summer for many years! They always have a great selection of food and drinks, and the service is always very attentive. Would recommend stopping by if you are looking for a nice dinner with a view.
Food-wise, you can’t go wrong with any of their meat entrees (fish, chicken, and steak are always cooked perfectly). Their quesadillas and sandwiches are awesome too. Their dinner and cocktail menus change throughout the summer but everything is fresh and nicely plated. Last year they had a vegetarian cauliflower steak that was fantastic. They are also great with allergies.
Definitely don’t pass up an opportunity to sit outside and overlook the beautiful golf course! Just note that as of right now they are only open until 7:30 pm , and also are sometimes booked on weekends for private events, so definitely call beforehand to secure a reservation.

From planning, food and beverage, table details, to the staff service during the party were all handled professionally and personably. The buffet was great. The Red Oak Grille was the perfect place for a special mid week celebration for my daughter’s college Graduation. When we alerted the ROG we would be way later than we had planned because of the long ceremony they were so gracious and accommodating and made me feel like I didn’t have to stress about it.
The cocktails are special, and everyone had something different that was delicious. We had a great bottle of wine as well. I had the strip steak, cooked to perfection with delicious sides, but everyone loved their good – salmon, steak sandwich, fish tacos, etc – all perfectly and attractively prepared.
Service was outstanding! We truly enjoyed our special lunch!
I’ve had work events at the ROG as well, and was reminded how I need to plan a future work event here as well!

Our group of 15 people was treated like royalty at the Red Oak Grille. We were celebrating a special occasion, and Jason and Marissa saw to it that every detail was covered. It was a beautiful day, and we were given the perfect outdoor table overlooking the golf course. The food was delicious and the service was truly impeccable.
