I have been here quite a few times and have always loved the food and the smoothies. The customer service was always good as well. However, today was a completely different experience. My husband and I decided to walk over to get a smoothie. Their hours online and on the door say they close at 10 pm. We’re walking up and one of the employees is hanging out at the back door. He saw us coming a an immediately went inside and closed the back door. We get to the door at exactly 9:15 pm. The door is unlocked and we walk inside. All of the lights were on except around the workstation where they make the food/smoothies. We could see two people from where we were standing in the back sitting in there talking. There’s a bell on the door that chimes when you walk in. However, No one acknowledged us. Stood at the doorway, confused and wondering if we read the hours wrong so we went back outside to read the door and it said they close at 10 pm and there was no other signs indicating anything otherwise. So, we decided to go back inside to ask if they were truly closed or not since it was earlier than their posted closing time. Instead of acknowledging us or explaining that they’re closed, no longer taking orders or whatever the issue was… The employees in the back turned off the lights as an attempt to hide from us. I thought that was extremely childish and rude. If you closed early today then just come and explain that to us. I just didn’t appreciate the rude customer service. I will not be returning, ever!

I got the veggie wrap with hummus on the side and the red vinaigrette sauce was so so good together. I only can imagine how tasty the other items are . I’ll definitely be back to try more items . That hummus I can get all day…everything seems fresh fresh and I love it plus I got 15% off on my 1st order amazing

The smoothies are so delicious and fresh and when you walk in the staff is friendly and the food smells so dreamy. I will definitely be frequenting this shop more. They also have great hours and a variety of healthy choices on their menu. Love that it’s close to home and a convenient location. I also saw they deliver with DoorDash.

I have been here a few times now and I usually am pretty satisfied with everything but today was different, I ordered a breakfast wrap and paid for them to add in tomatoes and other things they did not add any of these things and instead of green peppers they put banana peppers in my breakfast wrap . My smoothie was chunky and full of ice so disappointed I called soon as I seen my food and asked could speak with the manager about my order being wrong, the manager was not there at the time, but I was told that somebody would call me back about it nobody ever called me back. They did apologize, but the manager never called me back. My only issue is if I pay to have something added in, I expect it to be added in and then for me to complain about it and not get a call back just shows the lack of customer support this business has I gave them the whole day to reach out to me and I haven’t heard anything so this is why I’m here writing this review now I simply would’ve been fine if they would have reached out and at least apologize and tried to replace my item, but that is not the case so I will not be ordering food from here no more .

Delicious smoothies but some of the employees had the place cleaned up and closed by 9pm even though they were supposed to be open until 10pm, and when they saw us at the door they just went over and turned off the lights. Still worth going though!
