I love going to goodfellas all the time to get me a slice of pizza wings and fries nA fountain drink.
Or maybe a bottle drink with a dollar More all the time. When now I’m i’m going the presentation of food. Does not satisfy me at all. I love a Pizza that crushes delicious. I’m a regular customer. I cover my children all the time. I feel like when you’re making a piece of all the condiments or the toppings shouldn’t be just throwed in one spot like the meat. The cheese and the pineapple just sitting in the middle of the Pizza. And so when I pick it up everything just falls off
When I don’t like that I go to 14th street. I go to 5 points and I go to Oak Street. I’ll know the owner and I’m. I want them to do better Bethesda I’m a person of presentation and the way my food look and taste I’m not satisfied with it. I might have to take a break if i’m going there

I truly want to support this pizza place because I’ve lived in this community my entire life and was excited when it opened. For the most part, the food has been enjoyable; however, the service has left me very confused and disappointed.

My experiences seem to vary depending on who is at the counter. When Robyn is present, she has stated that bottled drinks must be purchased before receiving your order and that they cannot be kept in the refrigerator while you wait—meaning you may end up with a warm soda. Yet when other staff members, including the owner, are there, they have no issue keeping the drinks cold until the order is ready. Consistency in customer service is important, and this difference is frustrating—especially as someone who is diabetic and relies on options like Coke Zero. Being expected to pay an additional $1.00 for a bottled drink and still receive it warm does not feel very accommodating.

I was also disappointed when my request for the owner’s contact information was declined. As a longtime community member who genuinely wants to see local businesses succeed, I believe customer concerns should be welcomed and addressed professionally.

Additionally, there was an occasion when my father ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was served on a hot dog bun, which did not meet expectations.

I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it encourages improvements in service, consistency, and communication. Our community values businesses that provide both great food and great customer care, and I would love to see this restaurant thrive.

First time here and Ryan was amazing. She’s very personable and attentive. The food was very disappointing. I ordered the Stromboli (one of my favorite things to eat). It was still doughy and not done. Wings were ok.. not the best. I will definitely give it another try because of Ryan.

No remakes on something yall messed up is insane, 3rd party or not. That policy is not visible and uncaring to grateful customers. A brother was just trying to eat after a long rough day and the service I received just ruin the rest of my night. Crystal I’m sorry but that one hurt fr. This place looks closed because of how dark the tint is on the windows lol but they’re open, clean and have friendly service. Be careful with the high top tables because they are not stable . The vibes are cool. This was our first time here . We for the wings and half jerk half cheese pizza who h only came to 22 dollars which is not bad at all. The food took no time at all to finish and everything was GOOD !! 10/10

So i ordered two slices of pizza I absolutely love the downtown location but my first time on the west end customer service was great girl was so sweet but when I got my food and got home I called she stated my manger will be in an hour make sure you call back I said thank you mam I call back and talk to the owner crystal or Krystal “ wow very dismissive and very entitled response and responding was “our pizza isn’t just to your liking “ girl the pizza isn’t even cooked and look how slimmy these slices look she said if you just wanted a refund just say that but it wasn’t about the money it was the quality of this pizza and who you have running your kitchen isn’t giving out good product ! without your customer’s how do you think a buisness is ran ? Your attitude was disgusting and very unprofessional i don’t care if your the owner your nasty and “customers are what keeps your chains going so remain humble be accountable and treat people better because I wasn’t rude I was disappointed because I have never in my life seen nothing like this & you customer reviews come with running a business ! Just when I thought I found my go to place,I was highly disappointed tonight. I drive from Union City to get the food,but tonight I saw new employees and the food wasn’t the same.i ordered 2 Strombolis that only had pepperoni, but I ordered pepperoni & sausage which I’m sure cost more to add on. I also ordered a veggie pizza and 2 salads totaling 50.24. I’m so pissed,I wasted my gas & money!!!

Worst 2 experiences of my life! Don’t get me wrong they have good toppings and cheese but baby if you want sauce on that pizza go somewhere else! I even called after ordering 2 mins later asking for extra sauce and the special manager said “ oh well I tried to tell them but it was already in the oven” ummm huh! this may be good pizza but THIS particular location is not the standard no bag no tape upon delivery yeah never ever ever ever again!

I honestly don’t believe the treatment that I received when I simply asked the store if my wife could use the restroom as a delivery driver I received at least 3 minutes of conflict in regard about bathrooms being for customers only I will never do another delivery for this restaurant nor will I ever shop here beware
